Had a 45foot tree snap blocking siewalk and road they will do nothing . Canoe on roof of car destroyed . Nothing . When canoe was on top of car during storm crushing sunroof and damaging roof of car nothing . Im at a loss as to why i have insurance here at all . Will be looking elsewhere going forward . Terrible waste of money

Update: After contancting the broker via email as per their request I have not recieved a response back. They failed to even acknowledge they recieved the email. This company will promise you everything and then deliver on nothing. Their only objective it make as much as they can off the customer before abandoning us when we needed them. Original Review, Some of the staff have lied to us and bullied us into taking an insurance settlement that is substantially below what they had promised when selling us the policy. They do not return calls and emails in a timely manner if at all. They side with the insurer even after saying they work for you as the customer. I am distugisted with the way I have been treated during my claims process by both the broker and their parent company Intact Insurance.
