I called the Rockland locations to have a rep from Toronto work on my policy…was hoping to speak with someone local, not a problem I’ll accept that. What the issue is, I asked to have a policy terminated and have a new one take its place , what they did is kept the two policy, charged me a fee, then charge me for the full two bikes over 12 months , I called them to explain that their math was wrong to be told I didn’t know what i was talking about , I asked them to revise with there superiors to be told that in fact I was right but they didn’t understand the cost allocation and they needed to send the file to accounting , I was to get a call the next day to review….never got the call back….why did I want someone local ….here is the reason…people are numbers, there’s no relationship anymore ….I will get out of this policy even if it cost me ….

PRO: 2 years, they were able to get me reasonably priced insurance on very little turn around. OCNS: When getting insurance quote for my new car, the cheapest they could find among their their partners was $400 more expensive than what another broker could find. Also their hours are not on their website nor in their phone tree

I had a question regarding changes to my Condo coverage. I needed to know if I was covered regarding these change, so i sent an email to the address liste on the website. Got a prompt response to my question. i thought that was great service. The person responded by identifying which section on my policies this was addressed this instantly .Ade me feel like a valued customer. So thank you for that!

Worst service you can get. Never changed my account information. Never cacelled my policy when i asked. Never return calls. Had to call insurance company directly. Dont waste your time with them!!
