Awesome experience and customer service! We sat at the bar and ordered the shared platter for 2 with chicken and ribs. The brisket tacos werenKiller too! Cam was our bartender and crushed it! Awesome recommendations on the sauces and stellar old fashioned. Highly recommend!
Great experience! Seating on the outside patio is as cozy as it gets right along the historic Baker St while enjoying outstanding service and meat directly from the smoker. Cannot emphasise how much I recommend all kinds of burgers here enough. Choice of beers also diverse, interesting, and delicious :
This pub is a total riot! The atmosphere is electric, the locals are friendly, and the beer is cold. Sitting on the outdoor patio is like being in the center of a bustling city, without the traffic. And the chicken and waffles? Let's just say it's a match made in heaven. It's so good, you might just want to move to Nelson just to eat it every day. Sorry I forgot the picture for it but I dug right in!
Nice laid back bar, wonderful food, had a brilliant burger it’s actually a kind of sandwich of which they do some other great ones with fries dipped in brisket fat with a honey jalapeño dip.nnLoads of beers to choose from but best of all was the service.nnI had an English waitress either short hair who served quickly, checked in when needed but not over the top, got balance just right and so made the meal a pleasure instead of interrupting every 2 seconds or completely forgetting about you.nnSo, venue is nice, food was excellent and service was second to none.
