Too cool for most of the world. Wait staff Did not know if the kitchen had mayo.lamb Berger was superb. They were cleaning the floor around us the entire time we were there. It seemed we were an inconvenience.

The best Smørrebrød you'll find within 1000 miles. They featured Danish rye bread (Rugbrød) from local bakery White Salmon Baking Co. and it was absolutely the best variation on the style I have ever tasted. The smoked salmon was perfectly smoked and tasted like hickory, the pickled herring wasn't mushy and tasted of fresh dill and spices, and the shrimp salad was made with plump bay shrimp and a delicate dill dressing. I highly recommend Broder Ost, for anybody familiar with Scandinavian cuisine you will be very impressed.

As one reviewer said this may be too cool for stiff neckers. The friendliest atmosphere, amazing quality food and amazing food.
Firstly this isachance to try a new  cuisine, secondly they have  a uniquely stocked bar, try the something Grog, I hadn't ever tried aquavit and this drink should be summers new drink made with cucumber! 
Don't miss this opportunity!

The restaurant is very cozy and feels really good. Inside a historic looking building and very quiet for lunch. Lots of unique character.

Mocha was one of the best I've ever had!

The menu looks incredible in theory but the food really wasn’t. Fritters undercooked, metallic tasting eggs, and the potato crepes were underwhelming. The service is also verrrry slow.
