What a great late night snack place! So many options to choose from! Kinda sad they didn’t have a sweet potato but the soup was bomb! Definitely will be going back and trying all the things!
Lady that helped us was kind and helpful. Food was good. I didn't like the soup, broccoli and cheddar.
Great food, and a wonderful place to sit and chow down on some delicious comfort food. The music was perfect. My issues consisted of only one employee knowing what they were doing, also trying to train two new employees, not having all of the items on the menu in stock/ available, and the quality of topping for the potato's. It was a little sparse, while the potatoes were a little overcooked.
Excellent, unique stop for a fast dinner. I got the pulled pork potato with broccoli cheddar soup which both were amazing! The restaurant was very clean as well. The staff was normal, maybe not the most helpful to first time guests, but they were nice.
This was my second time eating at Brixton's and it was great again. I've tried the Thai and enchilada potatoes. Those are both tasty, they were fast, and prices are good compared to most places these days. If I lived nearby I would eat here once a week at least, but I haven't even tried the waffles or salads yet.
The main thing I love about Brixton's is they use recyclable materials. They put the aluminum to-go container in a paper bag. I can't believe in this day and age how many Utah companies use plastic bags and Polystyrene foam/non-recyclable materials. Good environmental stewardship aside, this place is one of the best places downtown to get a lunch for under $10. They use quality ingredients and don't skimp on the portions. They have a nice selection of flavors and I always go away satisfied and full.
We've been fans of Brixton's for a number of years, the potatoes are great and the variety of toppings is awesome. I'd recommend trying the soups and making sure you get a role as well. A note about portion sizes: the regular size is probably more than enough for one meal, so plan accordingly.
Good food! It's all pretty simple, but good quality and a warm filling meal. Bacon cheddar and Texas chili were both enjoyable. They have waffles which look tasty, maybe something to try next time. We bought one of the BBQ sauces they sell, hopefully it's a win! Not too busy. Good service. Clean tables. Some seating available.
we’ve been here multiple times as it’s one of our favorite places, this time Peggy was the one helping us. her customer service was phenomenal, and the way she had prepared our food was beyond excellent. looking forward to going back when Peggy is working! :
This place was great. I got the Texas chili potato and my son got the chicken chili verde. Delicious, and the topping were generous. The mango smoothie was perfect, not too sour, smooth and tangy. We went on Saturday the 14th at about 1130AM, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. The girl at the counter was polite. I think she's a new hire because she kept sneaking glances at the menu board to make sure she got the toppings right. She did fine. She'll have it all down pat in a few days!
