I am a certified nursing assistant and I absolutely love working for this company. They are extremely flexible and work around my husbands work hours so we don't have to put my son in daycare. They are VERY organized and the have a lot of clients. They have a wonderful staff that works in the office along with great owners. I couldn't have asked for a better company to work for!

This Brightstar here for Orland Park is Trash!!!,No paid overtime.Along with that my CNAs they have you handing out medicine to clients.But when getting hired they say please don't hand out medicine.When you report something Go find a New Job.Ps they make you think they care but they Don't care 4 U!!This one will also Cheat you out your Money!They sit in that office and make up bad review s against the other Brightstar!Just a Trash Company here in Orland!!!

Most of these employees don't even have a certification. Nor a license. You're better off choosing another company. The owner is a scam artist and will do anything to make a dollar. Horrible company to provide care to your family. Also horrible company to be employed by. They will not pay you overtime and they are extremely unorganized. Expect nothing more than a day or two of work a week because they can't get any business.

I am a CNA and have 3yrs experience working with special children. I was hired by BrightStar@Orland Park October of 2013. I was interviewed by their DON Kathy and was hired on the spot. My experience working with BrightStar@Orland Park is very positive and I highly recommend other people who love their job to join them too. The company owners, K & J and their hardworking office staff are reliable, flexible, highly responsible= Professionals!!! They know how to match each of us field staffers with their numerous, good-standing, decent clients. Be a regular or a temporary employee, they see to it that we have ample assignments in areas of our choice and we are sent to homes in good neighborhoods. They are not discriminatory of race. (I am Filipino). They pay us on time, on the dot, never at all delayed. BrightStar@Orland Park is owned by God-fearing, decent, responsible and respectable people, It makes me happy to be working with them and I guess a lot of us field staffers who love their job too!!!

I am a certified nursing assistant. The staff is dynamic and nice. As a student, the flexibility between work and school is perfect ! I love my job, I love the people that I work with. I can see myself working for them for couple years !!! Highly recommended!
