Bright Eyes Optical

There aren’t enough kind words for how pleasant my experience has been here. This was my first visit. The staff are helpful kind and welcoming. The Dr did not give me anxiety. I actually enjoyed my exam. As a person ruled by anxiety this enjoyment was a really big deal. The price for the exam and my bifocals was more than reasonable. This will be my optometrist for as long as I live in this area.

Dr. Mark has seen me since I was a teenager and now he sees my children. He is a great Doctor and the staff are always so welcome and kind. The selection of eyewear is the very best.

I was super impressed by the staff! They helped fix my old glasses so I can wear them until my new ones come in. The staff was genuinely interested in helping us! Even my hard to please daughter left completely satisfied! Her exact words were, "After all these years, I finally found my optomistrist!" My original optometrist died several years ago. I have been to three different offices since. I have to agree, I now have an Optomistrist!!! 10/10 would recommend!

One of the best optical businesses I’ve been to. The optometrist and staff are always professional, great customer service, and overall amazing people. My entire family has been seen here for two years and ever time we come here the staff goes above and beyond. If there is an issue with eye glasses they’re always willing to help or fix the problem. The optometrist is super kind and friendly. This is a very unique place, in regards to them always putting the patients first, above all else. The list of good things they do just keeps growing. The doctor is respectful, but as far as the staff 1/10. They don’t have any sense of urgency or respect for another persons problem. They are not helpful and don’t know how to solve any problems.

I was rather impressed at first. They were very professional and courteous too. The price is right too!!! However, I started to realize you get what you pay for. I received my glasses and they were not what was ordered. Their excuse was their front desk messed up. I had to send them back. This time, it took longer than the first. I cont you contacted them and they said they would follow up. No follow up! When glasses did arrive they said they would be open until 5pm. I change my schedule to pick up my glasses. I arrive at 130p and they are closed. Lights off!!!! Sign on the door says they take a break from 1pm to 230p!!!!! What kind of business takes this kind of break. Just be prepared to be in for surprises.

I have been going to this location now for couple years and even though I have medical insurance, I have bought and PAID for every pair I have gotten from them. Affordable to say the least! I’m a very loyal individual and Bright Eyes has earned my loyalty.
