Love this place. Friendly staff and great cigars all the time.
Nice, clean, well organized shop. Not as wide a selection as other shops. Smaller humidor - salesperson glued to my back as I looked around with my friend. Was a bit awkward and more so with COVID and all. Prefer other shops.
Customer service here is on another level. Very first visit and it felt like coming over to a knowledgeable friends house!
Extremely helpful staff. The gentleman at the counter forgot to pack the lighter I wanted to purchase. When I came back he ended up giving me the lighter free of charge for the hassles. It was a $26 lighter.
Definitely a must recommend for cigar/tobacco lovers out there! One of the only shops where one can enjoy their favorite smoke! Good selection and great customer service.
This is one of the best cigar stores in the city. Their staff is always knowledgeable, friendly, and never rushed. I just wish we didn't pay so much tax on cigars in Canada. They always have a good selection and bring in new cigars all of the time.
