Been here 2 or 3 times and each time there was a customer service or communication issue. The prices here are the highest I've seen around downtown Toronto. Thankfully I found another cigar place about 10 minutes away on Avenue that was 100% a better overall experience.

Such a nice, kind, patient, wonderful person, giving and generous, easy to befriend and talk to and deal with. Whatever you need, he tries to get it for you as quickly and conveniently as he can. The products and selection are very good, I find things otherwise not easily found in just any old place. After a few visits and dealings you really start to appreciate the personable service, and at the same time also feel really appreciated as a customer. Besher is the man!!! I can't recommend this place highly enough. Been my go to in Toronto for a long time and I've since moved to another province where I get my cigars mailed to me so easily! What ever they don't have he will do his best to get for you. Exceptional memory of his customers likes and preferences, you will not find that anywhere !

The selection is very diversified with amazing product quality, and the owner Bashir is a gem - he provides personable advice and customized recommendations based upon what you're looking for. Professional and generous, I've never had issues finding what I want and am always treated with kindness and respect.
