Briggs Woods Park

Was not very impressed with the falls. But still a nice park and trail was kept very nice. We Drove from Omaha and would not go again unless we were closer.

Went camping here & had an enjoyable time. You can hear traffic from highway 17 in the campground - so you can't get away from that. The walking & biking paths are very nice!

First time here was September 16th-18th 2022 and it is a nice place. My cousin got married on this weekend where the golf course is so hubby & I decided to camp at campground around the corner where wedding was and it's a nice place. The spot I reserved was AWEFUL due to walnuts bombing our camper but, camp host was AWESOME to let us move to another spot! I would camp here again.

Big camping place. Lots of paths and beauty to explore waterfall!. An abundance of butterflies. Small clean beach. Caught a good amount fishing small stuff. Nice sites - full hook ups available. There was a medium sized nice playground next to us and flush toilets and showers too. Golf course is challenging.

Beautiful fall day when we were here. Me without my fishing gear as well. Drove around a bit just checking out the dam and checking a few future fishing holes.

We have camped, hiked, picnics, family reunions, rented cabins camped and biked or walked the path. Its beautiful.

Very nice campground. Hit showers, clean bathrooms. Close to Webster City for groceries and such. Great lake for kayaks or canoes. Super close to golfing.

Located just South of Webster City Iowa off US-20 this Park is a Great retreat to visit. There are 3 modern cabins to rent along with many campsites. During October the fall colors are wonderful. Wildlife is plentiful which includes Deer and many birds species. Around the lake is a paved trail through the woods for morning walks or bike rides.

This was pur first visit out here. We will definitely be back more this summer! Such a clean swimming area!
