Bridges Bar & Grille

Drove in from a 9 hr drive, get here at 8:45pm ask if it's to late (as I once worked at a restaurant and know how the last few stragglers are) and was told "it's not 9" so we took it as a good sign. Sit down and look through the menu, brought waters to my husband and I, not my son, she asks my son what he would like to drink and gets him his request. Never asks us, figured ok perhaps our waiter will get ours and she is just being nice to our kid. Waitress comes 15 minutes later takes our order comes back with food 15 minutes later and dumped some of the fries off of one plate, never replaces the fries just kicks them across the floor (ordered the fastest food to make) then asks if we need anything. Asked for tea as its already past closing time. Comes back with drinks. Didnt come back until she brought the ticket, all in the meantime, 2 gentlemen who came in 5 minutes behind us got great service in between her and two other ladies cleaning and prepping for breakfast. We didn't want to be a burden or be treated as such, that's why we asked or we would have found another place to eat, some waitresses make their money off of tips and welcome all customers until close. The food was good. Even though I asked for a box so we could eat elsewhere.

Gave it 2 chances. The staff is sub par. The food is industrial grade conference center fair. Sad really, the location would support decent food and they should be able to find friendly helpful staff. Been there twice now, the first time and the last time.

The food is amazing and the employees are wonderful, truly a good experience!

Sub-par food all around. Fried pickles were soggy and not crisp. The shrimp pasta was underseasoned. The sharp cheddar burger had absolutely NO flavor and was a pre-made patty. Service was good when it was there. Sadly, the host was texting when we got there and our waitress we saw for our order, when our food came, and when our bill came.
