Attentive staff and variety of health foods and vitamins even if a bit pricey for a small town like Plainwell
Stopped in while passing through the area, looking for a healthy lunch. Friendly service, nice selection of health foods, homemade and packaged to go. They also have fresh made juices and smoothies with real ingredients, not the powdered variety like Tropical Smoothie! Fair prices too.

This is a Fabulous deli and health food store in downtown Plainwell Michigan for many reasons. The Staff is truly Awesome and the Quality and menu selection of the food is great. We have long needed this type of business in our communuity that promotes living a healthier lifestyle for a long time now. What a nice touch!
I had a smoothie the other day and it was delicious and much healthier than any of my other usual options. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice selection of meats and healthy food in their grocery section.
