I LOVED Brian's Smokehouse! The staff were all friendly and explained the menu well. The sauces were delicious and the meat was expertly prepared. The cornbread is to die for. We'll be back!

Love the food here. It's your typical bbq joint. Short on formality long on flavor. Brisket is my favorite. Along with the bbq beans. The only place in Manitowoc for BBQ.

Great food, very generous helpings and the taste was fabulous! My husband especially loved the rub used on the ribs.
