"Brian Jessel, the eponymous founder of Brian Jessel BMW, always dreamed of owning his own dealership. Brian grew up in Ontario, and worked in Toronto as a car broker. In the early '70s, he made his move to Vancouver, where there were more opportunities for owning the dealership he envisioned.He continued his career as a broker in Vancouver -"the job he knew", and one, he says, that "you do when you have no money." He laughs. Eventually, he found the chance to start a used car dealership. He had managed to accumulate "six used cars at once, and so there you go - a dealership," he says. He found space to lease at Burrard and 1st, and thus began Brian's storied career as a car dealer."

This place is best BMW dealership you can find. Many many thanks to Valentino Almeida, the VIP Sales manager. He helped me to choose a car that I'm in love with. He took the time to help me with many questions that I had. I got many quotes for many different cars and he patiently helped me to finally choose my dream car. You will not be disappointed if you do business with him and this BMW's dealership.

My 3rd BMW purchase experience this time is the best!  Thanks for my sales guy Oliver who is so friendly so helpful!   I was being referred to Oliver by other friends, due to logistic issue many dealership has literally no cars! But this guy always keep me posted.  And when there are inventory arrived he msged me right away !  I love my new hybrid X3  the new design super chic!  I would definitely recommend more friends to him!

My vehicle was totaled back in December and has been looking for a replacement vehicle. However, due to chip shortage, I could not find my desired vehicle anywhere without years of wait time, so I went to Brian Jessel BMW to try my luck. I was helped by a Sales Associate, Jacky Liang, not only he was able to provide me with useful and practical advice, but he has gone above and beyond to assist me through this hard time until my new vehicle arrive. Jacky's service was superb, and I greatly recommend Jacky to anyone who is looking to purchase a new BMW.

“Gold sales master” didn’t care about showing i4. I visited there with my friend; we both knew we have to wait couple of years and ready to put the deposit in. Sales person didn’t even come outside to show the car rather ask front receptionist to unlock the car from inside. Me and my friend looked at the car but no other information were given. Sales person told me, $1500 is refundable deposit but if you think you will be canceling later on, don’t do the deposit, it is waste of my time and our back office.  I will be dealing with some other dealer.

I just got my new BMW 430i from Brian Jessel BMW last week. Many thanks to Rachel who is super professional and helpful providing me plenty of suggestions and professional services. In and out with a new car in under 2 hours. I can't say enough about how great the staff at Brian Jessel is. Even though the BMW Store is closer to where we live, this is the third vehicle we've purchased or leased from the team at Brian Jessel. They are honest negotiators and gave us more than a fair price for our trade in. They even bought our winter tires from us. Their service concierge makes life SUPER easy when it's time for service and the have an insurance broker right inside so we didn't need to make any stops. We're super stoked about our new 330e! With the recent chip shortage they worked really hard to find me the perfect car I was looking for. I tried to listen to a few BMWs for the X5 purchase for my family, but I felt that the sales team's service was dry because of the lack of supply and high demand. By the way, Brian Jessel's Tony was completely different. It was touching: I couldn't help but buy an X5 here. Tony carefully prepared everything from product selection to Test Drive and vehicle delivery; Everything was well organized and satisfactory. It's a BMW Shop far from home, but I think I'll choose Tony's Brian Jessel again. Definitely, I recommend Tony to your future buy.

If you are looking for BMW in lower mainland, BJ in Burnaby is your final destiniation. We always found the best deal here both for car price and customer service. And on top of all, Valentino is the rock star here. He is not a sales manager, but a family friend and great advisor. you can count on his knowdlege and great experince and info in car industry. Today , he helped us with my wife second BMW , which my wife loves it. Calentino also showed us the new electric BMW with  all futuristic featuersinclude carbon made body . One car added to wish list. Dont even try to compare this piece of art with tesla plastic software cars  Highly recomended this dealership and Valentino to everyone
