This is a great football venue obviously, the atmosphere is energetic and has a fun vibe. Easily got in and out of the stadium. Parking is a headache, but not terrible if you're okay with walking several blocks. And ladies, don't forget to carry a small clutch bag or purse no larger than 5" x 9", with or without a strap, to better ensure expedite entry to the stadium.
What an impressive facility! Brought my family down for a MN United FC game and my expectations were exceeded by far. Comfortable seating, excellent site lines, a variety of food and drink options. The fans are friendly and respectful. The stadium is very well maintained and very clean. More than adequate washroom facilities. After the game, traffic moved quickly and leaving the stadium was very fluid.
The stadium itself is very nice, and they've done a fantastic job of beautification along the south side of the building. But the stadium's lot along University is treated like an abandoned plot, with garbage everywhere. Hard to rate a stadium as five stars when its yard is a trash pile. If you're going to own a property, you should take care of it as well.
The ground itself is very futuristic and it looks attractive. The sight lines were very good. The ground is easy to access by mass transit bus and tram. That's the good. Sadly inefficient and overbearing security issues in entering the venue along with there only being one heavily trafficked concourse made it utterly impossible to get refreshments or use the comfort room. This soccer fan has been in several other grounds that have felt a lot less closed and congested making for a much better overall experience. This would appear to be a one-off for a soccer fan who would wish to attend a fixture there. For those who do, their overall experience would be better if arriving at the ground a minimum of 45 minutes prior to kickoff. Overall grade was a "D".
Fantastic atmosphere. The fans really make this stadium rock. It's really nice inside and love there are vegan food options as well. Something I don't find in many stadiums
A great way to send a Holiday weekend - watching the Loons for the WIN. This was our first time at Allianz field. Easy to get to. Parking easy and close to stadium. Seats were comfortable. Food fare - no one in our party of 6 went hungry or thirsty. All in all an enjoyable evening, had by all.
VERY FRIENDLY + HELPFUL staff members and state of the art facilities! The field May not have been at it’s best on game day, perhaps because it’s the beginning of spring, but the team was! 3-1 against Colorado Rapids made the trip worthwhile!
A great venue for sports! My first time at a MN United FC soccer game. The stadium is beautiful. Easy to get in, no long lines. Family friendly. Good food and merch! Will definitely be coming back!
Nice clean stadium. Staff was friendly. Food choices were good. Good place for a family outing. Will come back again.
I always have an awesome time when I come to games. Excellent view from section 1, row 14, seats 23 and 24 to watch my favorite EPL team get destroyed by my favorite MLS team was not anticipating that result. Come on, Everton! You could have made it closer...please note, the score in the picture was not the final score ‍. The staff here is fantastic, really nice job with ADA seating sections too. If you have a chance to sit in the brew hall space, do so. You'll get a great view but be warned those seats are first come, first serve; and first up, first scavenged bring a friend to hold your seats while one of you goes to the bathroom/gets food and drinks because unassigned seats can be scavenged. Only 2 things bother me about Allianz Field: the price of everything expected and standard at sporting events so plan in advance, and the nachos. $8 for a slightly larger than snack-sized bag of chips and warmed queso that looks like it was scooped from the tostitos jar? Don't get it twisted, I like snack bag chips and tostitos queso, but not for $8 at an event where I've already paid face value for tickets.
