Brew Garden

Great atmosphere, brought it up to one star. Brought my Guinness in a plastic cup? They said they weren't using glasses today? So, not only am I drinking my Guinness in a plastic cup, but getting 12 oz for the price of a pint. The food was okay. My wife's $14 prime rib sandwich was tough and stringy. At least they comped the $1.50 side dish. Thank you to the manager for that. Would've been nice to see the waitress before the end of the meal? My apologizes to the waitress because she had to be here to wait on us? Oh wait, that's her job. Bad experience. Too bad, we were so excited. Drove here all the way from Mentor. Oh well...

When this place opened up I was so excited to have an amazing bar and restaurant so close to home. However, reality set in pretty quick. I've been there maybe 10 times to either eat or grab a beer. I have never had anything that even remotely resembled acceptable service. Whenever my friends mention they are going an audible sigh comes out to mind and now I elect to stay home. My favorite experience s include being dumped another parties check and then yelled at by the staff for refusing to pay it, having my server just leave and never mention it to us and never even put In our meal, and finally being actively refused to given back my credit card and being made fun of because I am upset about the poor service.

Dear lord this was an awesome experience! The food was good, the beer was excellent and the service was outstanding! The waitress was very knowledgeable about the beers and was happy to try to help us find what would fit our tastes best. Good seasonal options and good local and large breweries to choose from. The decorations around Halloween was amazing and the atmosphere is always inviting. Go check it out!

Best burger we have ever had. Better than B Spot. Made substitutions for a low carb diet without complaints. Complaints about a limited menu are bogus. I say, keep it small but perfect it, that is what they have done. We will be back. Prices are competitive for the amount of food you get.

Nice, modern and spacious facility. Food is great and a lot of choices for drinks. It's kinda like a sports bar atmosphere in parts, and some separate rooms for groups.
