We had the  pleasure of shopping for a bathroom vanity and taps September 26.  We have to say - service was amazing. From the great sales lady in that area to check out and assistance loading our vehicle !!  Everyone was wonderful.  We thank you !!  Our first visit but it won’t be our last!!!

I gave a salesperson a key to get cut.He examined my key and then the blank. He cut the key and checked it. He put  it a small bag. I paid for it. When I attempted to use the key,  it did not work. When I checked the blank, it wasn't even close to the original. People should be more careful when trying to help customers.

Sad to say I'll be shopping at the big box store's, rude cashiers and a manager that doesn't want to talk face to face. Cashier lied about price matching their store across the bridge. Home depot it is plus they know what they are talking about.

This Home Hardware is amazing! The staff especially Laurie are simply phenomenal- I had specific questions regarding a product and she went above and beyond explaining everytjing. Made me feel incredibly empowered.nnClean store, well stocked, and the staff are extremely knowledgeable- their experience is vital and essential. Will be a repeat customer!

A+nI have always liked this store.  The employees are friendly and provide great service.  Today I was helped by Lorie.  I explained that I needed a tool to remove my licence plates because my multi-driver just wasn't doing the trick.  She came outside with an array of tools and removed the bolts for me so I wouldn't have to buy a tool I would likely never use again.  She's a pro.
