"The Brantford Cyclepath is a family owned and operated bicycle shop in Brantford Ontario. We have been established for over 35 years under 3 different names. We started in 1980 in the basement of the family home as "Richard's Bicycle Repair". We eventually decided to expand and we opened our first bicycle shop called "The Bikeway" in Paris in 1991.In spring 1996, we relocated to Brantford under the Cyclepath banner and became "The Brantford Cyclepath". Our business has grown steadily over the years to become a major destination for cyclists and families in the Brantford, Paris, Simcoe, Waterford, Port Dover, Delhi and surrounding areas. We carry just about every kind of bike available."

I brought a gravel bike from Brantford Cyclepath in June. The staff are knowledgeable about bikes and provide excellent customer service. My bike didn't shift properly and I live a bit far from the shop. Stuart from the shop was able to provide instructions to me to make the adjustment. The only minor issue with the bike is that the front wheel is slightly out of true. Will take it back to the shop to have a look. Again, very friendly staff and amazing customer service!

I am an avid cyclist, it’s my passion, it’s what fuels my soul. I’ve had the opportunity to ride in many countries. When I travel, 1 of my 3 bike comes with me. I tell you this not to boast but rather give you an idea of the amount of time I spend in bike stores. Transporting these finicky bikes in a bag on and off planes comes with challenges and inevitably leads me to the local bike shop for help. That said, I’ve been in hundreds of bike shops across the globe. I’ve experienced all levels of customer service. Most recently, by way of recommendation I took my bike to BRANTFORD CYCLEPATH, where I received the absolute best service I have ever had. These guys truly blew me away, everything from the personal interaction to knowledge, to fair value…true professionals. I live over an hour from BRANTFORD CYCLEPATH, I’ll happily make that drive for the exceptional service!
Hands down the best bike shop in the area. Stuart and his crew are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They are always willing to take the time to answer questions and make you feel comfortable with your purchases. I have been a customer for over 15 years and will not go anywhere else. I have purchased a couple bikes and the experience has been nothing but exceptional. Brantford Cyclepath will go above and beyond with any service that you required to make sure everything is running in perfect order. I have had to deal with a couple manufacturer warranty issue and Stuart will always put the best interests of the customer first. Great job and keep up the good work!!!
Took my old urban commuter bike into the shop, with brakes broken, needing a chain and new tire. They did a fantastic job. Bike feels brand new.
Every since I moved to Paris/Brantford 12 months ago I’ve been going to Cyclepath to service my road bike, gravel bike, and mountain bike. I first heard about them through their weekly Saturday gravel ride, and became a customer soon after. As someone who rides 100’s of kms per week, I find myself at the shop often for minor repairs — and Stuart and his team are ALWAYS available to help. They have fixed my bike before races and before weekend rides — and the entire staff is knowledgeable and kind. Highly recommend shopping at Cyclepath and using them as your main mechanic.
A great place to buy and to have service. Recently bought a reasonably higher end bike and have nothing but good to say about the product and particularly the after sale service. As well , later purchased accessories and cycling tech and always received the best advice and follow up. As is the case for other things , one can purchase products anywhere either at other merchants or online but it is always the follow up service and advice that really counts and whether there is anyone who cares after the deal is done. I am happy to say that everything at Brantford Cyclepath has been first rate. Notwithstanding the busy season and the constraints of the coronavirus no one has ever been too busy to talk to me or to do adjustments as required. A great establishment to do business with and I will return there for my future needs
If you have ever considered purchasing a bike from a box store think again!!! Stuart and his staff at the Brantford Cyclepath are easy going, thoughtful and ever present once you become a customer. Shopping is easy. Staff are very knowledgeable but best of all accessible. I just had a wonderful experience following a disappointing event. Needing a bike serial number for a police report after hours..... not only did Stuart reply immediately but with compassion. Don’t miss out on having this shop in your cycling life!!!!
I’ve been to Brantford CyclePath quite a few times over the past few years and every time the experience has been fantastic. The staff are all great. They’re extremely personable, knowledgeable and honest. The services done on all my bikes and the bike fittings have always been top notch. If you’re looking for an honest and fair bike shop, this is the place to go. I have nothing but positive things to say about all my experiences here and strongly recommend stopping by for anything cycling related
