WOW!!!! I was so impressed by the amazing customer service I received today when I brought my bike in for a new seat to A1. Talk about going above and beyond!!! Mike installed the seat I purchased but didn’t stop there….He then proceeded to fix my tires, adjust my handlebars and then had me take my bike for a quick ride while he watched my riding position and adjusted my seat accordingly. I could tell the employees are passionate about bikes and providing exceptional customer service. I left with my bike in perfect riding condition and a smile on my face. Service like this is rare these days and I will be returning for all my biking needs!!! ‍
Super friendly, and knowledgable service. Mike literally saved us! We were biking from Hamilton to Brantford when we discovered one of our tires was flat punctured. He helped us get back on the road. We will never forget the kindness and genuine care we recieved. He made our day and as a business owner I appreciated the service. If I could give 6 stars I would. Buy and shop local!

I was doing a big ride on the rail trail and had a puncture near the bike shop luckily. Walk to the bike shop and they fixed me up right away, cleaned up my tubeless setup and put a tube in for me so I was able to complete my ride. Thanks A1 Cycle. Amazing service and the shop owner went out of his way to make sure I could keep on riding that day.
Mike the owner is a stand up guy!!!! I was riding from Brantford to Paris and picked up a tack in my tire. Luckily A1 Cycle was a close walk AND open on a Sunday. He got me moving again and generously gave me a presta valve adapter for future use. I will be back, and with a coffee next time. Thx.
Took a bike in for a tune up after it had been.sitting in my shed for 3 years. Zac and Mike's friendly warm customer relations and efficient service had it ready to go ahead of schedule. Two thumbs up!
