Bram City Taxi

My friend had an appointment for 4pm, she called the company for a cab at 3pm and the damn thing didnt show until 5pm!!! She was LUCKY the place did not charge her the $80 fee for missing her appointment! She called after a half an hour and all they did was apologize and tell her it would be another 20-25 minutes! How ridiculous is that?!

They hung up on me as I asked about their service on the border of Mississauga and Brampton. Why anyone deserves to be hung up on when requesting to use your service is confusing to me. You will fail as a business if this is not remedied in this internet era.

Extremely Dissatisfied.... My daughter called in at 9:30 this morning for pickup at 10:15. No one showed up till 10:35 and she had to take a ride from on of the neighbors in order to reach the destination. She missed her exams that were booked 4 months ago. Called Bram City and talked to the dispatcher, who co-incidentally happened to take the call when my daughter called in. The reason I was given for no show was that power failure occurred right after the call and that they lost all call details, hence (a) could not dispatch a taxi at the scheduled time and (b) could not contact my daughter since the number wasn't saved. I am not sure how one could run this sort of business without a power backup, if I am to believe what was told to me was true. The dispatcher apologized with a non-apologetic tone, which to me is far from any sort of apology. Despite of going through Google review of 1.5 stars, I put trust in a local taxi company. Never calling this cab company again!! If companies like these keep ignoring genuine reviews and continue operating irresponsibly, I wont be surprised if Uber and Uber alikes phase out the traditional taxi service companies sooner than later. My sister's friend called from my house for a taxi to bring her home, when he arrived, he decided to just drive off. I called back for another cab and the guy had the nerve to ask me why didn't she go outside... Mind you there was no cab to go out to because he drove off... I asked are you going to send a taxi or not he said he has no more and hangs up! Terrible service!! Also, this happened around 1:30 in the morning! Anyways, called A1 taxi (the best taxi in Brampton) and my sister's friend got home safe!

Called a taxi to pick me up with my small dog... Been waiting 20 mins called them back and they hadn't found anyone to come get us. Called A1 and they were here in 5 mins. Thanks for not even having the respect to call me and tell me you can't find anyone and leave me standing at the front door for 20 mins. Never will i use your company again dog or no dog. Smh.
