Explore more options before you get trapped with them. Horrible service. Way higher price was quoted and they make you feel that it is the only way to go. Charged around 7k for house insurance for 1 year. Sudden call that insurance will be dropping in 3 weeks. No way out. There was no option so i tried to explore online and got 1 year of insurance for $1600. Never respond to calls on time. Does not treat customer well.. definitely not recommended.. save your hard earned money and stay away from them. A frustrated customer..

Broker I have been dealing with for over 25 years and they were bought out by Brokerlink. Had to make changes to my tenant insurance as the price went up. Dealt with two different agents, 1 in the Orleans office the other in Stittsville, with their email replies just saying not happy at all. + they both said they do not recommend my changes. One email said she looked into my auto insurance to upgrade to have Accident Waiver Coverage...did not ask her to look into my auto insurance, just looking for more money...

Asked for a quote nearly two weeks ago to insure my summer car. I even checked in after a week and no one could help me. It's still in my garage. No calls back. I've been a customer for about 10 years now.

Bradley’s insurance was very easy to deal with, they were super friendly, and accommodating. I was unable to make it into the office, when setting up my car insurance, so everything was done via email. They researched to find me the best rate, and even allowed me to sign electronically. It made setting up my car insurance very easy.

If you go through Bradley's for your insurance needs, I highly recommend talking to Matthew Gardner. In my experience he was a friendly top notch professional in what he does. Made it very easy for me to get auto insurance without leaving the house.
