Bradford Regional Medical Center

I'm originally from Rochester NY and I unfortunely have had multiple surgeries and over a dozen hostpial stays. Once I moved to Bradford i went to this hospital because it's the closest. The doctors didn't listen to what I had to say even though I know the routine for when I get sick. I was the only one in the ER at 1 am and waited 30 mins to get checked in. Once checked the nurse listened to what I had to say then was very confused on how I can live without a colon. I took a urine test and it sat in my room with me for over an hour before I was seen again. Once seen I was give iv steroids and was sent home still in pain. I left and went to the Erie Hospital where tests were done and it was realized that I was in a flare up. Do not go here if you have a serious condition!

They are nice, quick,clean and cheaper then other hospitals I've had procedures done at!

Ignorant/rude billing staff! The worst type of people I have ever dealt with. Turns out I did not owe anything for a bill even after how they treated me on the phone. Other than the billing staff, the doctors and nurses are truly polite and helpful.
