Great place! Always so nice! And my parents have been with state farm for about 15 years, and they found brads office and immediately loved how helpful they are. I have been with Brad for couple years now and never had an issue and can always call when I need any help or questions! :

This is a great office. Brad is always willing to answer questions and help you with your complex policy questions and issues. He is honest and trustworthy and works hard to get you the best rates and coverage that he can. He's always pleasant and smiling and willing to go the extra mile for his customers. Beth is so kind as well and always greets me with a smile when I drop off my payments. I always feel welcome and like I am among friends. Brad was able to save both my husband and I A LOT of money on our vehicle insurance and made switching from our old company to State Farm a breeze. He handled all the paperwork and was efficient and responsive. Great company and great office. Highly recommend Brad Bailey Agency.

Barbara was our service advisor agent. She was the most friendly person I ever met. Rachael and her were laughing pretty much the whole time. It was more like visiting family than it was getting insurance. No stress very helpful answered all our questions. I have always used state farm and it's employees like Barbara is why I return. The prime example of what customer service is. Thank you again Barbara it was a pleasure getting our insurance today and what a laugh.
