Mark McBride and Marcy have always been there for us, whether it be for an accident or a simple question. Paul and I feel very fortunate to have State Farm stand by us through what ever issue we may be having. They have never let us down. Thank you for all you do!! It is very much appreciated.
Mark was very easy to work with and is very understanding. I was able to use a car rental facility that was not the “pre-approved” dealer, as I wanted to be able to get a rental car with winter tires. When it’s January in Vermont, you need winter tires! He totally understood and supported that idea. He checked in, even when there wasn’t any new information to relay or gather, but genuinely wondering if everything was going ok. I highly recommend Mark and State Farm.
