It has been a few years since I was here, and I was very impressed at how well the mall was updated. There is a decent sized food court with good seating and some nice anchor stores like H&M, The Bay, and Toys R US. There is plenty of parking and easy access. I was also very impressed with the washrooms off the food court.
This a great mall that has been well maintained and is very well known in Red Deer. There is lots of parking and easy access to get in the mall. There are nice wide open spaces and resting areas with in the mall. Washroom facilities are easily accessible and kept clean. The store selection is great and there is excellent variety of stores that are well curated. My wife and I enjoyed the mall.
Decent mall with a lot of stores. Food court is usually pretty good. We mainly just get bubble tea and Thai Express. But I like just walking around this mall and checking stuff out. There is lots of seating and garbage cans throughout the mall, there are many different entrances to the mall, and it is usually so busy whenever I come here that it's hard to find parking.
The Soap Bakery - My Favorite Spot in Bower Mall!nnI absolutely love The Soap Bakery! Their soaps, bath bombs, and scrubs are amazing—my skin has never felt better. The seasonal scents and beautiful designs make every visit exciting.nnThe staff is always so friendly and helpful, making sure you find exactly what you need. Whether I’m shopping for myself or a gift, this store never disappoints.nnI visit Bower Mall regularly, and The Soap Bakery is always a must-stop for me. If you haven’t been, you’re missing out!
Overall, the mall is perfectly fine, but I wanted to touch on one store in particular. It’s called the soap factory. It carries this peeling scrub, which I use three times a week and I feel it takes 10 years off my face gets rid of the weathered red skin and clogged pours, and this is the only store I can find it out I recently as a result of being in a rush, grab the tester jar off the counter and paid for it and left and the service I received in making the exchange was exemplary. I got to meet some really good and pleasant hard-working people That Instead of taking me on a runaround and making my life hard, they went out of their way to make the exchange, simple easy and positive. I can’t say enough about the customer service I received. Now a trip to the mall is a quick stop for gelato to the soap factory for peeling scrub that makes my skin feel fresh and new and then out
