The gentlemen behind the counter was super nice and calm. He helped us sort out a accident on my end with booking the wrong day and didn't charge us extra! The room was clean and spacious!

Mom and Pop style Inn. We were offered to see room before paying. Room was a nice surprise. Updated, modern, clean. Staff at desk..friendly and really nice. Great location between Calgary and Banff. Thank you

The Bow River Inn was very accommodating to everything that we asked. The suite was spacious with all the amenities needed, and the price was fantastic

Good place to stay. Maid service need some work. But for the price no complaints. I will stay there again the next time I'm in town
