OMG love this store So many beautiful items for your home. I bought an ottoman for my living room.

So disappointed by the low quality of Bouclair products and what a waste of time and effort. We bought 4 table chairs and 2 bar stools brand new. 1 they sold us an open box chair as a brand new 2 We wait 2 weeks for the fourth chair and as you can see in the picture the mounting holes were drilled on the wrong location so they patch them with some kind of nylon and they drilled new ones it's so ugly and not professional at all 3 The mechanism lifting up and down the bar stool wasn't working, so we returned them then we waited another 2 weeks to get new ones unfortunately they came with the exact same problem. The chairs and bar stools were not solid at all. My first and last experience. Expensive products with a terrible quality. Do not go there.

Surprised by how dar they have come in the home decor realm. Get selection and superb customer service

Stylish home goods. If you are looking for accent/ trendy items for any room, you will find it but a bit pricy. The employee or manager with blond hair could use a bit a customer service course refresher. She was on the phone while I was at the cash, and only said "hi" after I greeted her same for goodbye.

They have some nice stuff to design any room in you house, however, they would need to invest a little more in the way they interact with their clients, especially during these uncertain times...Overall, I recommend this store!

They recently remodeled the store, it's very pretty and trendy with black ceilings and different alcoves of decor.

Ridiculous! Placed online order and was given next day pick up... arrived at store and was advised order cancelled and rescheduled for three weeks later. Can't get through to customer service, store can't help either. Forget about Bouclair!

Despite all the covid constraints and whilst adhering to all the regulations, the staff managed to help me get what I needed and was super friendly and helpful. Great customer service, thank you.

Excellent service! They went above and beyond to help me with calculation and ultimately, correction of my blinds and curtains. Very grateful of their help.
