Bought all my sons furniture there at an amazing price. Most of the stuff are a few dollars off what toys r us offers the more expensive is the item, the more I see a difference, but then when they have specials, they are amazing! The reason it is a 4 star and not a five star review is that I really dislike their baby clothes selection and price and, although the items bought were nice, they had small dents in them. When I bought the furniture, I was told it is not in stock and would be there by a certain date and it was there exactly when they said it would. Would 100% recommend the LAVAL location.

Very bad service, we chose a rocking chair with one price, on the cashier it turned out it is 200$ more and nobody said anything, needless to say we didn't buy it. When I asked why there is difference the cashier didn't know and after 15 minutes research activities it turned out the same type of chair is promotional but different colour. So they trick you to buy the product on promotion but you have to pay full price at the cashier if you do not pay attention!

We have bought all our furniture for our son's nursery at this store. The sales' person was very nice and attentive to our needs. There was one piece missing from the rocking chair and they provided it after I called and requested it. We got it two weeks later, that is why I am not giving 5 stars. We have had the furtinure for 22 months now and it is still in good shape, even after we moved. I have also bought a winter jacket for my son at a great price and it was very warm. I was very happy with my purchase. We also bought a foldable stroller and it is very sturdy. I have used it in the snow and in the ice and nothing broke. Their new store in Laval is great, BUT there is no parking available! I can't believe they didn't think about parking space when they moved.

I gave 3 stars for the service. They gave us a wrong information about delivery service. We brought the total price more than entiltle for a free deliver, but due to the wrong info they gave to us, we have to pick the items by ourself in a hot hot summer day....All huge items..... To be honest, it is a good place to buy baby stuff, good price when it has discount. Staffs working there some are nice some not. Most of time not, It maybe due to they are too busy. casher girl is very nice but waiting to pay it may cause you 40mins.not joking. The manager know we did not get free deliver service that we should have, but still not showing any sympathy or understanding. Since it is good place for baby essential I will still go there and recommand people to go.

Worst customer service. Have been to this store several times , due to the fact my registry was made here. Big mistake, every time I go to shop, they make you feel as if your bothering them if you ask for help. Was told could not exchange something off my registry at store with receipt, because it was bought online . Would have to drive to Laval store to exchange. When a friend went to purchase bottle set off my registry, asked for it to be updated, and was not updated so I got double. Went to store with both receipts, and sealed box of bottles one day after purchase. Was told by store Manager nothing she could do, and to go to Laval store. Laval store exchanged again no problem . Don't feel this is the way to treat someone who has done their entire registry at your store, and who is trying to do more business with your company. Be warned this store is a 1/10 for customer service.

Very disorganized. Took 45 minutes to confirm if they had a stroller in stock. Mistakes on the bill. Then the warehouse guy is in flip flops, which is illegal and dangerous, and he could not understand the receipt. Prices are good, but very bad management and organization. Not very friendly staff.

If I could give no star I would. They have a boxing week deal that the other bobebe would give me but the "manager" of the Montreal one wouldn't. Ended up buying at the Laval store where they gave me the same deal with NO problem. Avoid this particular store, its worth driving to St-Hubert or Laval where they actually understand the value of a customer.

Not the friendliest or most knowledgeable staff. Nice selection and good prices overall. Be careful with their specials when checking out - we had two occurrences of discounted items registering as full price on the cash register.

I recently purchased a baby bureau that was sold as a changing table as well. When displayed at the store the bureau had a box frame on top for changing the baby. The saleswoman told me that it was sold with the bureau which is the reason i purchased it. When delivered i received the bureau minus the box frame. I have been in touch with Bobebe and explained to them the situation. They refuse to include it even though it is the reason why i purchased the set. Very poor misrepresentation. Considering i also purchased a rocking chair and spent over a 1000$ there i would assume better customer service. I wouldnt shop here in future as my i feel very mislead and ripped off.

A "showroom" only. Lots of products but service is nonexistent. More staff than customers during this Sunday afternoon. Noone said hi, asked us if we needed help or welcomed us for our 1 hour visit at this store.
