One of the best groomers around! Most groomers will only groom your dog if they are on their best behaviour, but the fact is that not all dogs who require grooming, actual like the experience. The owner and his staff understand this and take their time with the animals to ensure that its not a traumatic experience for them. I would recommend Boubah's to anyone looking for a great local pet store.

My wife and I love to support local small businesses and Boubahs Pet Store has been a great place for pet supplies and advice. They have no problem competing with the big stores like PET Smart when it comes to prices and variety of products. What makes it outstanding is the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable of their products. Unlike the box stores they have the time to talk to you as a person.

Have brought my dogs here for grooming many times. Never had an issue. Always been a pleasant experience. I am sure that there are two sides to every story. And I wonder why people lie about having service dogs. My daughter needs a service dog for epilepsy. That is more disgusting than anything! I hope the lady gets the help that she needs to move on.

It's with great sadness I write this but being the closest pet store to my place of residence I have gone to purchase cat food and they're either always out literally empty shelves of no cat food or very few options. Same goes with their canned food selection. They're either always out or have very limited canned food options. This has been going on for months! Also the sweet young lady with a cat named Midnight is never there anymore. It's now this awkward guy who must have recently been hired. He's terrible and kind of rude and not helpful what-so-ever. I've had to go to Pet Valu all the way at St. Clair and Yonge which has been a bit of a pain but at least I can count on them having the products I need.

On Saturday, June 4th, 2016, my Step-daughter's cat was brought here for grooming. Her cat was killed here. They tried to tell us the cat had a "heart attack". Great diagnosis by a groomer, didn't know they were vets that did autopsies too? Especially on a cat not even in middle age. Bunch of liars. Long story short, they broke her cats neck while grooming him. They will be hearing from my lawyer. Do NOT leave your pets at this location. This is not the first death they caused.

LEFT UNATTENDED ON TOP OF THE TABLE TO DIE WHY????????? My beautiful Princess went to this groomer the girl left her unattended on top of a 4 feet table with the leash on her neck to go attend a client so Princess jumped and died. When i confronted her with autopsy results she confessed and told me what had happened and said she wanted to tell the truth all along but her boss panic and they lied,i have the girl`s signed confession and also a video. I went to the store with my friend to pick up some papers ask the other employee if she knew what happened to my dog she saidno i don`t know and i`m not getting involvedso i said if you people are still grooming animals at least you have to be careful. She started to cry and said my heart my heart i have to close the door so she threw us out of the store just like that after they killed my dog they treat me like that?obviously she manages the store she knows what happened to my Princess but as usual they still lie. Yes my dog saw this groomer 3 times and nothing happened before but GOD forbid if something happens then he invents and accuses how i brought an old dog if he would have known he would never had seen her!!! They knew her age from day one and everytime i took her for grooming i asked was she nervous with grooming they always said she was very good and and now he accuses that i brought an old dog and said if he wasn`t delayed that day to come to work and knew she was to be groomed he would never had seen her she`s the second worst dog he ever had!!!!!!!she was so bad that he had to muzzle her!!!!!she came 3 times before so why did he not refuse to see her plus her last appointment was booked 2 weeks in advance and confirmed the day before i wish he would had cancelled her appointment SHE WOULD STILL BE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Her haircut was always nicely done around her face how could he do it if she was muzzled?DON`T TRASH MY PRINCESS AFTER SHE`S DEAD SHE`S NOT HERE TO DEFEND HERSELF. When we go on holiday Princess stays at the pet sitter's 2 weeks every year and never i had a complaint and after she`s dead in his store he`s saying all this 3 months after it happened????before they always said she was so good and now they lie? Is this what he has to say when my animal is dead on his watch? Where is the compassion?and by the way when i asked him to have a meeting to talk about what happened he offer to have the meeting in the same room where my animal was strangled and had the nerve to bring his little daughter so i could not even say anything in front of the little one !!!!!!! I told him that he lied but all he can say is why would i lie if i have liability insurance? KEEP YOUR LIABILITY INSURANCE BECAUSE YOUR LIABILITY INSURANCE WILL NOT BRING MY PRINCESS BACK. My Princess was not an object that fell from the table she was loved he even told me this happens in other stores i don`t care it shouldn`t happen anywhere. Today October 24/2015 would be her birthday instead she`s dead . I WILL ALWAYS ALWAYS MISS HER I LOVE HER.

I really want to support a local business but they are literally ALWAYS out of stock. Never any bones, their shelves are nearly empty, their toys have dust on them - are you going out of business? I asked the staff when they were getting more bones and she said that the manager "needs to figure some stuff out" - it was very awkward. I think we will have to start going somewhere else.

I live near by this location. I'm so sorry to see they have closed down. Not sure of any new address. Thank you so much Boubahs Pet Store for the years of great advice and service !! BEST pet supply shop I've encountered. The last two times I've been here they were completely out of dry cat food, not just my brand, literally none. Empty shelves. Today I went because I was desperate, and there was a sign on the door saying back in 20 minutes. I waited 45 minutes and nobody showed up. 3pm in the afternoon. Unreliable and terrible service.

Their hours are unreliable. I often go when they're supposed to be open to find them closed or out on an unspecified lunch break. Their stock is unreliable as well; sometimes I can find the food we need, while at other times they're out of stock. I'm mostly frustrated with this place as our neighbourhood pet store.
