Boston Pizza Moncton

Really enjoyed my lunch. Service was amazing and the food was perfect. The renovation looks great. Thanks Brad and Carlene.

Ordered chicken nachos and chicken Thai bites. Both orders were cold, there was food and other things in the ice, pop, juice and water we ordered. The glasses and plates and utensils were FILTHY, the nachos had a lot of chips with very little topping (expensive for plain nacho chips. The waitress was very nice though. I'm so disappointed, we live far out of town so we very rarely eat out. At the very least I feel that they should have their dishwasher serviced or something... Disgusting experience! I'll wait until we get home next time.

I went in today with a party of 9. We were waited on promptly. 5 kids and 4 adults. Food took a little longer than normal but not too bad. Waitress brought us out plates and put the one i ordered down in front of someone else and without even thinking they started eating it. When the waitress brought their plate it was then they realized they took the wrong one. The waitress then took that plate away and gave them the correct one. She put the plate with the few bites taken down in front of me and said.. .."do you mind ?" as in...do you mind if someone took bites out of this... Really??.?. You have to be joking me. Just because we arrived in the same group doesn't mean I wanted to..or appreciated eating off a plate someone else did. Never ever again Boston pizza. My first and last time. Despicable. I feel like writing to Jim treliving.

Hi, very poor experience at Boston Pizza Moncton on Nov. 11, 2017. Dinner party of 7. Waited approximately45 minutes or more for our meal. My 89 year old mother informed me of the time we waited. The restaurant did not seem busy as half the seats were unoccupied. When meals did arrive, all at same time, some were cold. My vegetables were cold as ice on my plate. Seemed like they were just thawed and put on my plate, you could feel the cold as you eat them, same with another meal also. I found a hair in my vegetables. It was not mine because I have a brush cut. The waitress was notified and she apologized for the hair in my meal, retrieved my plate. I usually never send a plate back to the kitchen because we all know the horror stories, but it "grossed out" some of my party. Another person (BP, employee) came to the table and apologized, informed a new meal is being prepared. This new meal arrived with hot vegetables. Where the vegetables suppose to be hot or cold? Did they just rearrange my old meal on a new plate, waited some time to assume a new meal was being prepared and microwave it? My wife tried the BIG DIPPER, meat was like rubber had to use her knife to cut the meat in to pieces so it could be eat. Anyway, when my meal arrived the rest of the party were finishing thier meals and waited patiently for me. For 6 people, $164.00, (including $10.00 tip, not waitress fault) expected to have a good meal. The price is nothing as long as you enjoy your meal when dining. 1 person paid for thier own meal. Great staff, food was mediocre. Not a good experience!
