Wow tried their Pasta tonight, and loved it! The hungry Carnivore dish was amazing and filling, served with garlic bread and cheese. Also got the Boston Sized Burger and fries! So juicy and filling, the fries were crispy and golden! Gravy was good too! Definitely at the top of my list for another order in the new future!
Boston pizza is very near to my heart as I worked there for 3 years. I really liked the welcome as they were very acknowledging. The server was really friendly. With the food, we really liked the food but nachos were not done good, not enough cheese or proper toppings. Other than that food was feeling. I would recommend Boston pizza to bring back Artichoke back on the recipe as I missed it in spinach dip and on Mediterranean pizza.I would suggest the visit and ask to try out yourself.

Went for a quiet evening on Sunday with my family 9 month old and 8 year old kids. My son was great, service was fast and food was good. The server was pleasant and even got to watch the playoff games and the atmosphere was good. Good outing for the first time with my youngest. Made it easy for us
Planned my staff Christmas party at Boston Pizza they did a great job. Noah our waiter was amazing, funny, friendly and very kind. The food was good. My staff was happy. Ordered Chicken assuming that is what 4 rubber small square cubes were mushroom alfredo with 3 meatballs meatballs given to dogs as I think cook mixed up ground beef with canned dog food...actually gagged trying to take a bite Under cooked dry pasta came with a few slivers of a mushroom and a sprinkle of diced green onion and 3 pieces of diced tomatoe. Could definitely of used some alfredo sauce & most importantly flavour. Perfect dish to remind me why it's only 2nd time Ive eaten foodfrom here & why it will be the absolute last. Buy a Michelinas definitely a better choice over this sad dish.
We are regulars at the upper James store and tonight we were very disappointed. When we arrived they told us we had to sit on the bar side. Being in our sixties we asked why and we’re told they were alternating sides. They sat us down and after waiting 10 minutes we went back and asked if we could sit on family side. The girls at the front said we don’t have any booths and didn’t even offer us a table. There were plenty of empty tables so we left without even a sorry. We called the manager named Scott and he was very apologetic. Very disappointed. Thanks. Charlie Sferrazza
I visited this place a day before yesterday with my friends. And as soon as we enter the restaurant manager “Steff” meets us, no greetings, made faces. Server didn’t acknowledge us for 20 minutes. Then we place order which comes after 30 minutes, even the we were the only one customer seating. It wasn’t busy at all. I got hair in my food. The server told me it have “magically appeared”. The food was super cold, they didn’t replace the food. She didnt ask for drinks, neither brought us water which we asked for. Horrible service and food. I am sick till today. My stomach isn’t well.
