Boston Pizza

Right off the bat, the service is awful. Our drinks stayed at the bar for at least 15 min. It arrived literally tap cold at our table. I understand the understaff situation and I don’t have a problem with staff having fun and taking shots at the bar but it felt a little rude when everyone is waiting. Fries were overcooked and the pasta sauce was super liquid for a creamy sauce even though the pasta were dry. I mean still we liked the food but it wasn’t like the “usual”. Disappointed. Good news is that Montreal won against Ottawa 2-1. Pretty much what I enjoyed the most of my night. I don’t recommend this branch although I like the Boston Pizza chain.

Service and food is not consistently good or bad. One time we will go, Good waiter but food is overcooked or cold. Next time the waitress is not attentive and doesn't enter the correct order but food is good. Generally we are there around same time in the evenings. More consistency overall would be good.

Extremely slow service for starters. Ordered a pizza which was decent but not excellent. We also got a side Ceasar and chicken Ceasar salad. We had 6 lettuce ends in our meal. I'm typically surprised to even find one! Whoever made our food didn't care at all. Brutal.

I brought my 18 month old daughter to eat lunch here, I smiled said bonjour to the host upon entering the restaurant. The young woman took one look at me, ignored my greeting and walked away to talk to her coworker who was standing near the kitchen. I was not seated. She had no problem acknowledging and promptly seating the couple that was standing in front of us. This is not the first time I've recived subpar service from the younger staff at this location. However my experience today was beyond rude, and disheartening. We frequently eat here but after today I don't feel like ever going back.
