Boston Pizza

Seen some seriously funny stuff here today, I've posted a pic of a wing platter and that's exactly how the plate was served! Wings were decent but where did all the veggies go ? Server eat them on the way over? Did they fall off the plate in transport? Or was that all they had left? They served a big tub of dip for two veggies?! Something missing here guys. Also no cutlery was provided, no napkins, I had to retrieve them myself from the bar. We sat without drinks for 3/4 of our meal while we could clearly see them pre made sitting on the bar getting warm. Not too impressed this time around, our server was more interested in another table that had her friends sitting there.

Visited Tuesday night with family. Said specifically to server we r vegetarian first thing before placing order. Served ceasor salad with bacon. Glad I noticed that server took it back...removed from our bill...no manager touched our table for apologies & discount & We spent about $100...I filled survey no one called me to win back. Food great service good Handling situation very poor by manager on duty:(

Boston Pizza is a staple in my family for food that is good and the same every time and no matter where you go! The location on Notre Dame is great, decent parking and friendly staff. I only wish the 'lounge' was 19+. Doesn't stop me from going at least :)
