Story

Le concept de Boston Pizza a pris naissance à Edmonton, Alberta, en 1964. Boston Pizza offre « deux expériences sous un même toit »; celui de restaurant décontracté pour toute la famille et d’un bar sportif animé. Avec plus de 340 restaurants d’un océan à l’autre, Boston Pizza est la plus grande chaîne de restauration décontractée au Canada. Au Québec, la chaîne compte 27 établissements.

Avec plus de 100 articles au menu, nous offrons une variété inégalée incluant des pizzas gourmet préparées à partir de notre pâte à pizza maison pressée à la main. Nous offrons aussi de savoureuses pâtes et une grande variété d’entrées, de salades-repas, de plats principaux et de desserts. So, we never actually dined in but had take out many times. We always got the meal deal with the carnivore pasta, caesar salad and perogy pizza. The food was always good and fresh. The meal deal is truly worth it for 45$. We get at least 2 days worth of food.
We came in 15 minutes late for a reservation and they refused to come serve us. The place was empty. The server was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful to us. Once we finally ordered food it took over 40 minutes for it to come out. We went to the bar to get drinks and I DIDN’T even get served. There was one bartender there, who didn’t even know what she was doing. Terrible experience and would never go back.
The pizza was decent but everything else that we ordered was pretty cold which was upsetting. Also the wait time to get attended to and to get our food was ridiculous… I do however understand that they may have been short staffed but being acknowledged would have been the least they could have done especially after we noticed that their entire group of servers were catering to a birthday group… anyhow I was not impressed
One of the worst Boston pizzas I was ever in.nnJade & Brooke should be ashamed of there selfs absolutely disgusting.nnGot refused a table and was accused for doing something wrong.nnWhen I called back they hung upnTold me not to call anymore and could not give me a day or time the they a-ledge I done something wrong.nnTake advice don’t go there and spend your hard earned money.nnDisgusting place. They will hear from my lawyer soon.nn3 months now and still not return call from the manager. After I reached out multiple times still no return call.nnMy friend was also refused just last week apparently they don’t serve any Irish or British people here. RACISM TO THE FULLEST. PLEASE TAKE MY ADVICE AND SPEND YOUR MONEY ELS WHERE AND SUPPORT A GOOD RESTAURANT THAT DESERVES IT!
TERRIBLE SERVICE. If you don’t speak french, i wouldn’t come to this establishment. they won’t take your order properly, your food comes out wrong and the sizing of the portions is completely off. i ordered my 16 month old son the bug pasta and they came out with a plate big enough to feed an adult…my nephews meal came and he finished it before mine even came out and when it did- it was not edible and i had to send it back. absolutely awful that i’ve been sat for over an hour and haven’t had my meal yet. 0/10nnUPDATEnafter sending back my food a man came back out with the new plate and got in my face about how i was wrong with sending it back. I used to work at a boston pizza and I also eat out ant BP often. i know what i should be served. Even the manager was of no help.
