Really enjoy this location! The best in the area hands down. Loving the new Reno’s in the lounge as well!nnI’ll go out of my way to dine at this location. Great service with a smile and accommodating. Knowledgeable when it comes to the menu and helpful with suggestions. Very clean including the bathrooms. Food is bomb. Always comes out the way I want it with slight adjustments. Oilers games are played but not super loud so you can still eat and chat with the company you’re with.nnAmple parking! In the front by the entrance and along the side where the lounge is.nnPro tip: If you want delivery seriously consider take out. Picking it up is the way to go. Ready in a flash as well! Highly recommend.
Everything in the menu looks so good that we had a difficult time to pick our food. There's a lunch menu that's for people with smaller appetite prices are cheaper too. We ordered a salad with chicken strips and pecan and a fish taco. Added a side of very delicious sweet potato fries. The big pizza was okay but a little more tomato sauce wouldn't hurt. The tiny pizza in the appetizer platter was actually cheesier and much better than the big pizza. The thai chicken strips and salty potato slices were very good too. Overall experience was friendly and everything tasted good.
Boston pizza has ALWAYS been my go to first stop for eating out! Today, I Ordered the 1/2 brute meal. Received 1/3 brute size meal. I asked to show the manager the mistake, thinking he would correct the error. He said no that is the right size. I said I come to Boston Pizza’s all the time, and I have never seen one this small. My lunch companion agreed he had never seen it that small. The manager said we are wrong. I said, let’s bring out a pack of buns and compare the size to any 3 buns, and I guarantee you this is 1/3 of a bun. The manager said he would not entertain that test and be proven wrong. I said this is NOT fair for the money we are paying to be here. The manager looked at me and said “you ordered a 1/2 brute what do you WANT??”nI said, “a half Boston brute please”nThe MANAGER told me if I don’t like the size then don’t eat at Boston Pizza!! And he walked away.nWell with that customer service I can tell you that Jim Treyliving will not have to worry about seeing me darken your doorway here again!nThe food quality sucked today too. Served late and cold.nWe each had a Coke and were never offered a refill. In fact, after I complained, I never saw the waiter again, the manager probably told him not to Help us, because we had complained about food portioningnThis is money and time I will never get back, and one of the most challenging economies we’ve seen in 50 years.nUpdate: Boston Pizza sends a Robo response from an AI generated bought that asked me to go to another AI computer bought at their website and enter all my personal information to give a further review instead of taking these reviews from Google seriously
Love this location, my local BPs with delicious food and great staff
Was a lovely dinner, celebrating my birthday with my family. The hand-crafted lemonade wasn't the bed, but the food was quite food. And excellent portions in the hungry carnivore pasta dish. I even had to take home leftovers, and the cheese cake was delicious with the caramel sauce and whip cream. Tenesha was our server, and she was amazing. All in all, it was a good experience, and the food didn't take very long to come out either!
