Different branches give different levels of service for sure. We were a group of seven please so I was surprised we weren't acknowledged as we sat in the waiting area for someone to seat us for over ten minutes.nThe seating area is spacious enough and the food was served in a timely fashion despite it being a big order. The food was amazing ofcourse and what stood out for us was Natalia's very pleasant demeanour. She was funny and attentive to the group. Shout out to Natalia for awesome customer care! If in the area I'd definitely drop by for some good food :
1 girl host brought us inside the dining area when it wasn’t even prepared for our table of 10. The other host who was a guy with glasses, was putting tables together in a weird way that didn’t make sense for a table of 10 so one of us asked to be moved to some empty booths to make it smoother. The host with glasses then sighed multiple times and muttered “Jesus” under his breath, even though they clearly had a lack of communication from the host stand to the dining area. Why even bring us to the dining area if you aren’t prepared for us? They brought out our appetizers before they brought out plates and napkins so we had to ask for plates which was odd. They then passed all of our appetizers and mains from one side of the table for us to pass along. There was no service and we were doing everything. We may as well been refilling our own drinks too, that’s how horrible the service was. Bad service from start to finish despite there being like 3 other tables in there. Food was still good.
My daughters and I went for dinner together on an early Tuesday evening. It was very quiet in the restaurant, and the music was at a nice level where we could easily chat across the large table. The staff was super friendly, helpful and prompt. The food came out piping hot and everything tasted amazing. We were all very happy with our experience and would definitely go to this location again!nThank you for a great time!
Good food, and darn decent value for families. I wish service was a touch faster, but it was ok overall.nnThere's a terribly annoying buzzing from one of the overhead music speakers that needs to be addressed. Please fix that!
Food was okay but the service was horrendous. We were there for my younger sisters birthday as she loves Boston pizza. Me and my girlfriend ordered a fishbowl, our food was done and she asked to clear the table with about half the drink left in the fishbowl. Without asking she put the used cutlery in the fishbowl and took it away.nnWe picked this location between 2 as it stated online they closed at 1AM. Around 11:30 they started closing down the kitchen and bar and asked us for last call. They also turned off some lights in the dining room as we were still sitting. They also asked us to pay as they were closing down the registers.nnWe don’t get a chance to get together very often as we are working adults save for my younger sister. At around 12 the manager comes and mentions they closed everything down and are just waiting for us to leave and asks us to leave because he has somewhere to be? I understand it wasn’t too busy but are they scheduled for 1AM either way?nnI have never experienced this In my life in countless restaurants across various countries. Extremely unprofessional and nonbefitting of a restaurant in the service industry.
