Went for supper at Boston Pizza in Sylvan Lake tonight. My three year old was served a plate of slimy rotten vegetables. Our server was great once I pointed out that the peppers and carrots were rotten but I'm curious what the quality control is like in the kitchen and how rotten food was sent to our table. I am very hesitant to dine here again.
Clean bathrooms, clean tables; restaurant was a zoo, but the bar was quiet. Nightly specials in the bar. Customer service was excellent, did not wait for menus or drinks, orders taken quickly. Prices are not outrageous like most restaurants in Sylvan; seems to be fairly priced like most BPs. Food was fast and hot! 5 star all around.

Horrible food and service. We ordered chicken finger and fries for our kids. Chicken Fingers and fries were incredibly spicy due to the fact their oil wasn't changed. Server and manager admitted this but yet still charged us for food the kids couldn’t eat. Manager lacks customer service experience and wasn’t even apologetic.
Always good for a family grub spot. We love their salads, burgers, pizza and pasta options. Have only been in the restaurant side, hear the lounge is nice too :Food: 5/5
Good service, food came out fast. The hungry carnivore pasta was yummy but was missing the sausage and the garlic toast should had been put on a separate plate because it got soggy being on top of the pasta. The Memphis wings were cooked perfectly and tasted delicious.
This was the third chance i gave this place and will not ever order from here again despite the brand! Food was ice cold when it was delivered and previously had complained about 3 hour ordeal for delivery of food i wouldn’t have fed to a farm animal…was told a credit would be on file and when i ordered this time was told no such credit existed but thought i’d give BP Sylvan Lake another chance but again disappointed but for the last time. $50 for a small pizza and ice cold wings…not sure who managing this BP but they clearly incompetent!
Told to wait 30 mins... no notification after one hour...went inside and was told they are not seating anymore tables... it would have been great to have been notified instead of wasting our evening
ordered the chicken santa fe quesadilla and one of the pieces came 90% empty. after taking an hour to arrive it was more than disappointing. also don’t tell me to follow up with your team and then put a link, just do better.
Best Boston Pizza ever!! I've been to quite a few locations but none has come close to, service, food on time, drinks on time, and a location as this one here in sylvan lake, even tho I'm not from sylvan but I'll definitely be back if I'm ever in this town again!!Food: 5/5
