I was impressed by this place, as I went in expecting average or below-average food simply based on the menu ahead of time.  The pasta was delicious and the serving sizes are HUGE. You could definitely have leftovers more than once.

The attached photo was a promotion Boston Pizza were running. When I asked the server as per the instructions on the promotion he said that the promotion was for Spring Break only. However, you can read the sign and decide for yourself. Server was good and the food came out fast. However, they were out of kids Bugs and Cheese, even though they took the order. When I asked the manager, they said it was due to "supply chain issues" and that I should blame "CP". The beer also tasted flat, although they insisted that it was recently changed. The manager seemed to not really care when I brought these items to his attention. It was my birthday, but the server didn't wish happy birthday. They also no longer sing happy birthday, due to covid. I ended up removing the poster and giving it to the manager. If you are at Bingemans, then it makes sense to stay and eat. However, the experience was disappointing and seems to be a shared experience, based on the other recent reviews.

This place is always confusing and time-consuming to get approached by the employees at the hostess stand. There’s always people cutting the line saying that they have reservations for the bowling alley while we are waiting in line to get a table for two people. There should be a designated host stand just for the restaurant. We waited 10 minutes just to get a table.  It was a Friday night and so service was busy which is understandable however the food is overly greasy, over priced and to be honest I can make food at home much better. The only reason why we went out for dinner was because we received a gift card from the holidays. I know for a fact that the majority of the food comes in frozen boxes or bags which then are simply reheated either using a microwave or quickly reheat it in a frying pan. Absolutely nothing at this restaurant is fresh except for a salad and vegetables.  After receiving the food I politely asked the server for chilli flakes and you can see in the pictures how I received it covered in someone else’s disgusting greasy fingerprints and this is exactly showing the start. This restaurant is in disrepair and needs a fresh coat of paint, steamed carpets and overall decor needs to be cleaned and dusted.  Within the bathroom one of the stalls toilet paper dispenser was broken and the one thing I don’t want to do is to touch a roll of single ply very thin toilet paper that previous occupants have touched with their bacteria covered hands. In addition in the washroom two out of the four sinks were not working as you can see the state of the disrepair of the bathroom. The counters, floors, mirrors were covered in water primarily because both paper towel dispensers for empty. Within my hour and a half, I visited the washroom twice which no staff members came by to refill the paper towel dispenser or took time to clean. Would you can especially see in the last photo of the handle of the door of the washroom. It is covered with greasy fingerprints, liquid dripping down the door and an array of weird brown colours splattered all over the tiled wall.  My closing thoughts are that the owner and management do not care. Boston Pizza has no passion in the food that they make it is not fresh and is reheated microwaved food. You all need to step up and do better.  Don’t waste your money here, go somewhere nice, like a family run business. Anywhere else but here would have more passion then with this location is doing.

Horrible service & horrible food.  Waited over an hour to be served 3 day looking old spinach dip & and bread that was harder than 4 day old pizza.  Thankfully, I was not charged for it, as I had to do the rightful thing and complain.  Whoever cooked this thing and let it outside of the kitchen, should be terminated immediately.  Note to self: When there’s a promo that includes a $30 voucher for food for only 50 cents more… STAY AWAY!!!

I had a wonderful time here today. Our server was Chloe. And she was THE BEST. she gave us our time to pick our menu, even checked up on us while serving other clients. She was clear, friendly and kind. It was friday night so it was very crowded. But she was still patient and quick. Glad i came here with my friends. The food and drinks were also much better than I expected. Loved everything.

Very disappointed.  We were a party of 7 and when we arrived they had a table for 4 for us. We had to pull over another table ourselves so we could have enough seats.  We all ordered our food at the same time but we none of us received our food at the same time. One person got their food and nobody else did and when they had finished eating the server brought out somebody else’s food and so on.  The burger was absolutely disgusting. There was two patty’s on the burger and they were both darker than the night sky. The burger also came with one single piece of lettuce and it wasn’t even green. Asked the server if it could be remade and it was. But it was no better than the first time.  The server never came to check on us. We had to flag her down when we wanted refills or wanted to ask a question.  The steak was very dry and smothered in some kind of spice? It had no flavour that you could taste because your mouth was on fire.  The spaghetti and meatballs literally only came with two meatballs. Both also darker than the night sky.  The garlic mashed potatoes were not good. It tasted the same as eating five garlic cloves at the same time.  Overall, Terrible service and terrible food. The only good thing about this place were the songs constantly playing very loudly and they were always mash-ups.  Very disappointing.

Sat at bar as wait was too long for dining room. After about 30 minutes waiting at a table we had to ask for a server to bring menus. Most of the staff were extremely rude. Our food first was brought to the wrong table. Then when finally brought to us they said who ordered this? I replied what is the dish? To my surprise their answer was “no idea”. And did little to help. Luckily I took the food and it was what I had ordered.  Last time going to this location. Have never felt more unwelcome than this restaurant We were supposed to stay for bowling but being treated so poorly we decided to leave.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would. I’ve never in my life experienced service as bad anywhere else. I gave this place 3, 4 shots and every single time they have messed something up. This last time, waited for the host to track down a kid’s menu for 10 minutes while a ton of other people got seated ahead of us. Needless to say he never came back and we just walked out. Absolutely brutal. Other times we had servers literally comings to our table 15, 20 minutes later to tell us they can’t serve us. All while being seated there in the first place. Management needs to do something and fast.

I wish i could give a 0 star. Waiting way over a hour for our food.2 adults and 3 kids food was cold.  dirty plates  and  waitress was really rude as well. Also with many seats open was told we had to wait 10 to 20 minutes to be seated then as i said over hour wait for cold food. I would not come back or recommend coming unless you got couple hours to wait for cold food. Waitress never came to ask how are food was and took another hour to receive our bill. Total time spent for lunch was close to 3 hours for 3 kids meals and 2 adults meals. So brutal and i advise for all to stay away till they can improve there very poor service.

We were treated very well. The food was very very good. Manager is super nice, resolves an issue for us promptly and treated us with respect. I don’t think you’d find a more professional manager anywhere else. Would definitely return again.
