Honey dill chicken burger with cactus chips was juicy, big, flavourfull….the cactus chips had good heat and a really good dip ….. but…. I also picked up a peperonie and mushroom pizza , it was over cooked , dry, the pep was old … zero to no sauce and i counted 4 slices of mushrooms …. Place was clean .. staff was really nice .. i will return for other menu items Round #2 , burger was over cooked and dry , onion rings perfectly cooked , chicken burger was a delight , 2 personal pizzas good flavour but lacked toppings … im not sure about a 3 erd visit
This place is great! I always have the friendliest servers and the service is so fast. Went in on a Tuesday with my kids to see the magician and he was amazing. He came right up to my table and did magic tricks and made balloon animals for my kiddos. Shelby is one of our favourite servers and she always makes us feel well taken care of. Food was great too! Will definitely be coming back Kid-friendliness: So kid friendly! Have an awesome kids night with a magician on tuesdays Dietary restrictions: They are awesome with dealing with allergies, modifications, and dietary issues
I came in over the weekend for a birthday party in the lounge and had the best service ever! There was tons of us and Chantal absolutely rocked it! She went above and beyond with explaining the specials and constantly getting us refills. Her service has got to be the best in town! Will definitely be coming back in the future.
This dish was dry no taste to it at all. Lucky for Boston I am about 50 minutes away from Strathmore so there was no going back and get a refund
I ordered ahead online. When I got here it took a few minutes before anyone came to serve me; only because a seated customer was wanting their bill and had to go looking for a waitress. I paid then I was told that my order had gone out with the delivery driver. I wasn't offered a discount or refund. I was already here and it was storming out so begrudgingly waited. All they offered was a free dessert. Will definitely not order here again.
Just wanted to take a moment to compliment the service I received from Denise this evening. The bar was super busy, and she was fantastic! I appreciate a server who does a great job, and she handled our table of with a perfect display of relaxed competence. Well done!
Our hockey team came for a team lunch. When I made the reso they offered to let us email to order early which was great. Everything came out on time and food was great. Our servers were incredibly friendly and even made a plate with a variety of candy and sprinkles for the kids to share with their ice cream. Definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a spot that can handle large groups well!!
Has got to be the worst experience we’ve had at any local restaurant. We even took care of our own drinks and when asking for some service were treated like that was impossible. Took over an hour and twenty minutes for kids meals to come and we ordered before any “rush” or staffing issues could be a problem. Before we even started they tacked on a forced gratitude and then didn’t even bother to serve us as they had their tip anyways. So when we Asked for a manager 3 times as the staff wasn’t interested and gave attitude and even rolled their eyes at our table the manager gave us excuses and wouldn’t come address anything. Food was missing, plates were so hot from sitting under the heat lamp that the kids needed new ones, and to get a drink was too much of an ask. When we wanted to speak to someone even told don’t bother trying the owner he’s away in Toronto so won’t help; wasn’t a small bill either.
I walked in and as soon as I stepped in the restaurant, Chantal greeted me with a huge smile and took me right to my table. The food came out really fast and even though I was unable to leave her a tip she said that it was ok and that I could just tip twice when I came back next time. What incredible wit! Would come back
Alyssa is the best server I've had in a long time!! Super attentive and on top of refills for me and my family!! Very pretty lady as well :
