We ordered Parmesan Garlic Shrimp Alfredo went and picked it up. To start the person on the phone was very helpful, friendly and easy to understand. When I got to the restaurant the young lady was very nice and fast. When I got the food home there is enough for two meals and forsomeone the is not crazy on Alfred's I enjoyed it more than I can say. Will definitely order this again
Very disappointing evening out with family. Had to ask for glasses for 2 of the beers ordered. Appetizer was undercooked and took over 15 minutes to get anyone’s attention to send it back. Waitress apologized however the Manager never checked in to why we sent back. Food was brought out then waitress said our appetizer would be out soon. We said it was too late and to cancel order and speak to the manager. Food was average. Charged for appetizer and had to remind waitress to remove. Music was loud and not conducive to dining experience. Overall disappointed int his dining establishment as it is one of the few available for families in Trenton.
Small cheese pizza was fresh, soft, crispy, right amount of cheese and the sauce was good. Ordered another one to go and the Staff was friendly
I had a wonderful experience at Boston Pizza Trenton. I ordered a sangria and nachos, and my partner ordered wings and a Caesar. Our server Laura was very attentive and kind, and provided excellent customer service. I can’t wait to come back!!
Very spacious location with wonderful patio atmosphere in the summer months. Very good daily deals and all of January is cheapo pasta month for any day of the week. Staff is very friendly and quick and food is always spot-on comfort food. Great dinner experience overall!Food: 5/5
Worst dine-in experience yet. We waited for 1 hr, and server never asked if we wanted refills or to apologize. Finally blamed it on 20 takeout orders. Kids meals arrived after an hour, and still no adult meals. My son was given a giant pizza with no plate to eat off of and no napkins. They finally brought last 2 meals out in take out containers. We talked to the manager and he took $20 off the meal, hardly compensation for leaving hungry at 7:10pm at night. Table next to us had similar complaints, no napkins, inattentive server, long wait for bill. Surprised really, as we enjoy eating at Boston Pizza’s, however won’t be back to the Trenton location.
Reliably great food at a reasonable price. Lots of variety and good for health conscious too.Friendly efficient from Sam. You'll feel right at home. Great place to watch a hockey game
Don't know what it is but I really thought they would have great chicken wings I was supposed to have mine oven-baked than deep-fried last-minute my colleagues was supposed to be deep-fried in general both sets look like they had been boiled before sauce with put on.. even though the chicken was cooked it did not really leave me with a feeling of real fried or even baked chicken.. I guess at least the celery was good...
Our server Laura was great! She was fun, knowledgable and provided excellence service. Always exceptional hospitality from her and the owner, Ali is what keeps me and my friends coming back!
The worst experience ever. I waited to be seated, the bartender acknowledged me with a smile. A couple of minutes later 2 guys walk in and seated themselves, then I finally got seated. The bartender served the guys that came after me. I walked out. I am a weekly customer that will now go elsewhere.
