Hi Last time I went to Boston Pizza was the branch on King Georges highway in Surrey, BC . The menu is totally different not as expected . Took a sweet Italian pizza . The was surprisingly good , great mixe of Flavors . My waitress Liane was great very polite and efficient. The only bad not is the reception desk There was no one attributed to that service , the tonight staff was clearly understaffed for the quantity of patrons . Conclusion I waited 15 minutes to be seated and I was alone in lobby . There was anyone to clean the tables was done by the waitress. They have good working staff Cheers Mike
The service at the restaurant was fantastic. The food was hot and delicious. However, it was too much for my kids to eat so I took a to go box and this is what I got when I got home. I almost died laughing. I work as a waitress and I know it's not fun to pack things up and quite annoying but I still try to do it with care
Excellent food at reasonable pricesFood: 5/5
I liked their pizza but I can't give 5 on 5 to their ravioli. Vegetarian options: They do offer vegetarian food Parking: Enough parking space
We really enjoyed our dinner. I had the Montreal Smoked meat sandwich and Caesar Salad. My wife had the beef dip sandwich with broccoli. We both really enjoyed the meal. The waitress was very pleasant and was more than willing to speak English as we unfortunately do not know French. Thank you!
On the 10th January, went back to Boston Pizza, hadn't gone for a while. Last time, found the shrimps in my Jambalaya were very small and scarse This time, wow, super nice shrimps cooked to perfection in a nice big plate of Jambalaya. Also the waitress was super nice, Amanda.
Great place to eat. Especially for families. Has a nice bar area. The food is great, fast and good service.Food: 5/5
Listen, we all know what Boston pizza is. It was pretty good food, the drinks were good, very family friendly. I logged on today to say how bloody amazing the service was tonight. The floor was full within the span of an hour after having just a two top when I walked in alone and waiting for my family. Our waiter, Tuan…. Man he is something else. He deserves a raise, a stiff drink and some paid time off. Most of the staff were newer and with only two wait staff for a practically full resto with groups… he took the time and patience to explain the process to the cashiers and hostesses. No panicking, no frustration, just a wicked sense of urgency and genuine kindness. If I could have, I would have tipped you triple the bill instead of double dude. I will be coming back for the sheer hope of being in his section! 10/10 for Tuan Vegetarian options: Tons of vegetarian options. A couple of vegan too! Kid-friendliness: An expanded and inclusive kid menu with full meal drink and dessert included Parking: Lots of parking all around, in the lot and beside it Dietary restrictions: Veggie, keto and gluten free options
Very nice family friendly dining experience. Staff was nice, polite, and helpful. Service was quick! Every food item we ordered was delicious. And the pricing was quite reasonable considering how fast it was all made and presented. Kid-friendliness: There was a kid's party there while I was there, and staff seemed to keep everything under control. The restaurant never felt rowdy.
Looks like a sport bar or a tavern atmosphere. The servers were nice. The presentation of the 2 pasta dishes looks great. The size is just about right. The price looks reasonable. Until I bite into my meat lasagna pasta where everything is wrong. First the pasta is under cook it is hard and chewy. The sauce is heavy on taste. Too much sodium and oily. The meat is tiny little bits of poor quality salty deli meat that taste strange. My wife 's chicken noodle dish fairs a little bit better. Still too much oil and salt. The overall food quality is below average. If your main interest is not for alcoholic drink it may not be the right place for you.
