THE RAVIOLIS ARE THE BEST IN TOWN! I have certain dietary restrictions and the staff is so nice and cooperative, they always make sure I am happy with my order!! They have great food, amazing ambience and very decent prices :
Went there with my mom and two other people. When we arrived it wasn't even busy. There was workers walking by but wouldn't seat us. Finally we got seated, we sat there for 15 minutes and waited for someone to take our order. No one came to take our order, we finally had to ASK SOMEONE if they could take our order. Then we waited at least 45 minutes for our food. We went for lunch so our meals weren't difficult, just 3 clubs and a plain burger. Again we had to ask someone where our food was and got told "5 more minutes" and then it came out 20 minutes later. I'd expect this if it was busy but it wasn't at all. It was almost like the workers were hiding. Don't go here if your hungry or in a rush.
Great service! Amazing food but the cups scare me
My first time at Boston pizza for over 8 years.... I haven't missed too much. We ordered only 2 pizzas and 2 pops and garlic bread, it was all just okay. Service was absolutely fantastic!!!!! The atmosphere is more like a bar , definitely not kid friendly on a Saturday night. A little overpriced $80 plus tipFood: 4/5
Ordered through skip the dishes. Spent just over $70. My food was cold everything from the spagehtti and meatballs to the garlic bread , it was missing my $17 appetizer. The marinara pasta sauce tasted like water. There was very little sauce, my pasta had clearly been tossed in some sauce but either the pasta hadn't been drained properly or they were trying to stretch out the sauce, but either way the result was flavourless, watery and something I will now actively avoid for the rest of my life. On top of this, the smell of the food when I opened it was almost like the smell of meat when it's about to go bad in the fridge, the meatballs tasted okay, but were also nothing special, or good even. My kids juice and apple sauce also both did not taste normal, Iike the juice was fizzy almost and had a horrible chemically aftertaste, and the applesauce similarly had a funky taste thing going on. The fries might have been good if they weren't stone cold. I don't know if any of this train wreak of a meal would have been better hot, but 100% would not recommend, and will not be going back ever. Like I'm not sure how you messed up spaghetti and meatballs, but congrats I guess...you managed it
We had an amazing server named Alison, she was friendly, listened to our horror story of a day we'd had, and made us feel so welcome. Our food was delicious, hot, and tasty and our beer was cold! We will be back!Food: 5/5
Food as you expect. Service was helpful and fast. Window booths were pretty cold in the winter...kept our coats on. Good for mass feeding of sports teamsFood: 3/5
The food is great as long as you get everything you ordered as you ordered it. Never pay the extra for dipping sauce on a delivery order cause they will take your extra 2.50 and never send the dipping sauce or if you ask for something to be modified don't actually expect it to be different in any way shape or form. The food is great but the service especially on take out orders is horrendous. Vegetarian options: They have great options for vegetarians as well as other things like gluten free items upon request. Just make sure you are clear about any allergies, food restrictions or autoimmune diseases and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. Dietary restrictions: As stated above if you have any kind of dietary restrictions such as lactose intolerance, vegetarian, or gluten free they will do their best to make you something that fits with your restrictions and is very tasty as well
Enjoyed our meal this evening, except that one dinner was barely warm Our server Brooke was very polite and didn't hesitate to return it to the kitchen to be heated up. This young lady is a refreshing example of why we will return !
