Honestly, the customer service here is amazing. I went with my 4 month old Great Dane pup and they were so helpful and knowledgeable and patient with her. They know their product well and with having a larger dog they knew what would be good for her and what we should stay away from. Not trying to take your money, they just want what’s best for your pooch. Thanks everyone there.
Lovely staff here. They refunded me for an unused bag of bedding which I needed to return after our pet passed away. No receipt, no account - but they kindly didn’t make a fuss and were very empathetic. Thanks ladies.
Our dog got sick after switching to a new kibble. I went back and hoped to replace it with the same type we have been using for 9 years. Not only the store staff played the Policy card and hard denied my request right away, he didn’t show any sympathy. I didn’t think he cared at all. If you don’t care, you shouldn’t be in the pet business. It is not a local pet store I would like to visit in the future. I will be driving 5 more minutes to a store in Lynn Valley.
Customer service at all Bosleys has been first class. I experienced over the top service after buying a large bag of Kitty litter too heavy for me. Thore offered to carry it to my car which was quite a hike down the street. Thank you!!!
This is the nicest bosley I’ve ever been in. They have a lot more doggie clothing and accessories than other bosleys. The service is also fantastic as the staff genuinely love animals and their jobs.
This review is overdue but my dog Thor and I loved coming to this store he has since passed away. Super knowledgeable staff who recognized him by name, gave him treats and were just generally professional and helpful. We got everything from food, collars, and toys to treats here. Also loved the self-service dog baths
These people were very helpful. My best freind ended up with flees. Their nasty little things.we were both being tormented by them. Bosley's knew what I needed. They gave me some needed advice and deal was done. Thank you Bosleys

Awesome help this evening! I was looking cat litter that's no longer continued, yesterday's news; got a great second recomendation from a staff member who worked there, and they helped haul it over to the counter, whereas other places I usually lug it over myself. Thank you!!!
I do not have a car so I have started using Bosley's delivery service. Yesterday the fellow was named Sebastian and he is one of the nicest young fellows I have met for a long time. I have a rescue dog that I have only had for 4 months and he does have touching issues and can snap without warning. Sebastien was so kind and patient with him and even when the dog gave a small snap, Sebastien just kept stroking him. I really appreciate the thankyou card and the little note saying "hope your feeling better soon" What amazingly good customer service and I quess Bosleys now has a dedicated customer. If you could get in some Silver Spurs chicken strips that would be 100% perfect. Thank you Sebastien for your kind and gentle manner
