This place is always a good time. Working there way up, always trying hard. Love the management and staff. Just need Glasses that match the Beer your drinking. Wings are good.

Stopped for a quick beer and wings on our way through town - the lemon pepper chicken wings and patio were fabulous! Would definitely recommend :)

Used to eat here weekly while in town on business. The last 3 months I've noticed the service has plummeted dramatically! Different day staff then before (always used to be the same few- now all gone). Rude servers, only friendly to fellow staff and regulars. Sitting at the bar, can hear swearing in the kitchen between staff/cook- very unprofessional. On my last visit they told me, you can only get the daily special if you have a drink- but not WATER! First off, its 26 degrees outside...yes I want water with my meal. And I'm not having a beer during my lunch break and go back to work after. I understand not ordering food and just sitting in to have free water- but this makes no sense, I'm ordering food and always have lol What a joke! So pretty much she looked at me and said, "Our boss gives us trouble if we dont make patrons order a drink with the daily special" 😯 Lots of places to eat in Innisfail, do not waste your time here. Great platform for a business to allow kids till 8pm with there folks to enjoy a night out, unfortunately the owner and their friends(staff) dont care much about your meal, atmosphere or your total dining experience.

I am extremely disappointed in Boots. This place has gone down hill, extremely fast. On one of my most recent visits to Boots, I overheard management being extremely rude to their staff, and even heard them go as far as to swear at their staff. During my last few visits to Boots after hearing the way management treated their staff, I tried seeking out my favourite wait staff as it was their usual day to work but they could not be found anywhere. I have a feeling that their only competent staff is slowing being pushed out the door. I refuse to support a business who cannot show their staff respect, and treat them like they deserve - I can say with confidence that I will not be returning to Boots again.

Super friendly people really great chill spot to hang out and the customer service is pretty awesome they make you feel welcome
