Boot Barn

This Boot Barn has a decent selection of products. I am a big fan of the hat selection and have purchased a couple from this location. The staff have always been very friendly as well, though some are not as knowledgeable as others on the products that they carry. Many times I have went in to get a hat reshaped only to find their steam machine is broken.

Couldn’t get anyone to ring me up. Took me less than 2 min to pick out a hat. I ask manager if they carried a chin strap, she said no. I said I wanted said hat anyway. She turned and walked away. I immediately went to register. She was within site. Granted she went to remove a shirt from a mannequin, another lady was still shopping. Previously another gal was working that said she’d help me pick out a hat but she disappeared, lunch? I really didn’t need help choosing a hat because I saw immediately what I wanted. I wear my hat on my horse farm. I buy numerous things from your store. Not for fashion. Your manager was rude to me probably based on how I looked. The man working was very nice but busy HELPING someone. I left my “almost” hat at the counter.

Came in and bought a pair of work boots. They are $255 on the website but was charged $274 in store. Is there a reason they are $20 more in store? Also asked about price matching and no one was sure if boot barn does that or not.

I spent WAY too much money here. But for the quality of items I bought, I'd do it all over again. I don't live close to a Boot Barn, and I was pretty hesitant to drive two hours each way to go to a store, but I sure am glad I did. The staff was friendly and very helpful, offering several times to hold the items I'd picked out at the registers so I wouldn't have to carry them around. 10/10 experience, would recommend to anyone and everyone.

They have good merchandise. Nice clothes, jeans, shirts, boots and hats. I love the smell of the leather when I walk in. I was only disappointed about the size of the stores in Minnesota. Being from California where their stores are a lot bigger, I would have thought out here, they would have been larger. But the online store is still great.

Love the merch in the Eau Claire Boot Barn. The service I experienced today however, horrible. Three young women standing at the counter, I asked where a shirt that was on display was, she points and gives me directions as if we were playing ‘your getting warmer game’. Would have been nice for her to walk me to the rack, help me find my size and ask if I wanted to try it on. Then I went to the perfume, the fragrance I wanted to smell, the tester was empty, I requested if they would open up a fresh bottle, ‘ um no we have to order testers, but it smells real good’. The store lost $100+ in sales due to to what I felt they were more interested in chatting amongst themselves vs. assisting customers. I put the shirt back and walked out. Disappointing!
