The service is great. Always someone to answer the phone our last groomer never did. They really listen to what you want and do exactly that. Our little guy comes home looking and smelling great!
Our boy is 16 years old with lots of health issues including skin tags. I am so pleased how they handled the entire process from booking until the end. Price is reasonable and good care along with stylishness hair cut. On the top my lovely boy had a Christmas bow on his neck with the compliments of the booboo. Big thanks from Lord Flufushka and his mommy and daddy. Merry Christmas
My Shichon Rocky is an anxious little pup. Talis and his expert team of pet groomers at Booboos put us both at ease from day 1 with their warmth, friendliness and professionalism. Booboos goes above and beyond to make Rocky look clean and handsome and more importantly, accommodate his needs. They also do extras like themed scarves or bow ties for the pups for Canada Day, support Ukraine, Pride month, etc. Booboos is more than a groomer, they’re active on social media and also participate in social causes in the community. I’ve recommended friends to Booboos and they’ve always had positive experiences. The front staff is also so friendly and accommodating. We’re definitely loyal customers - I wouldn’t bring Rocky anywhere else!

Our mini doodle always looks/feels amazing after a trip to BooBoos. Tallis and the team do such a great job no matter how many tangles and matts he has! Highly recommend BooBoos.
When I brought my Baby Girl Roxy home for the first time. I searched and searched for the best grooming place in Toronto. I kept seeing BooBoo and decided to check out their Facebook and Instagram page. After seeing all the positive review I decided to take my baby for the first time. It was her first groom and she was nervous and so was I so I wanted the best place for her. So I book an appointment and i must say, I’m happy I found BooBoo. They are so friendly and I feel very confident leaving Roxy there for a few hours and coming back to get her. Thank you guys so much for taking care of my Roxy. She’s my spoiled princess and I always look for the best for her. I would definitely recommend BooBoo to anyone looking for a good groomer. They are all very friendly, welcoming and they do an awesome job. I drove 30 mins just to go there and it is worth it every time. I’ve posted two photos of my Roxy. Her first groom was with the pink bow and the purple tail was the second time and it was done in celebration of pride month. Btw it is safe and not chemical that they use to dye her tail. BooBoo will always be where I take my Fur Baby until the service change then yea that’s a different story. But until then The only place to go is BooBoo for all your pet grooming needs. Thank Me Later!
I have been bringing my long haired cat here for awhile. They are courteous and helpful and quick. This last time around due to my own stupidity and lack of aleep as new mom I brought her in on the wrong day. I was totally willing to bring her back but the groomer saw my cat was stressed and managed to squeeze her in. They didn't have to do that as I know how busy they are. The front deal staff as always so sweet too when booking appointments and face to face. They deserve their high ratings and my cat always looks amazing after. You have a long term customer. For sure.
I am new to the neighbourhood and had my first visit here this week. Talis was so welcoming and helpful. The grooming that my dog had was one of the best ever, Talis did exactly what I requested and as a bonus, my pup was very happy and relaxed when I picked her up. Love this place and so grateful to have such a wonderful spot nearby!
First time going to Booboos and will definitely go back! Talis Fonseca did a wonderful job with my puppies first hair cut! Benji took to him right away and Tali’s worked wonderfully with him. Benji and I are both happy with the service and will be going again soon! This place is clean, friendly, reasonably priced and doggie safe
