Staff are terrible!!!!! They don't know the customer service at all!!!
Vets are good though just the front liner people aren't very nice!!!!

Very overpriced go to any other Vet Clinic around and they you are guaranteed a cheaper price!!!

They killed our dog. Went in to get a tooth pulled and they damaged his esophagus so bad he couldn't eat or drink. Took him to the city for about 4 surgeries to try and fix it with no luck, so we had to put him down. This same scenario has also happened to a couple other people that I know of.
