We recently had an outstanding client experience working with our designer, Sanaz, to finalize the plan and design choices for our Bonneville Home. Sanaz was very well prepared for our visit, she was very comprehensive and offered informed design and architectural expertise which really facilitated our decision making. She was friendly and positive and understood and shared our excitement for our vision for the home. Sanaz also brought in a flooring and tiling representative to help us make our comprehensive design choices ensuring that the design elements would all work well together. We feel very happy and confident with our choices as a result. Thank you Sanaz for your work and wonderful support and to Bonneville for their commitment to service excellence! It clearly shows!
If you like being yelled at and called a lair then this is the place for you. Seriously just avoid this company. They don’t value you as a customer. The owners are of the CAPITALIST CLASS and don’t care about your biggest purchase. So if your WORKING CLASS and this is your biggest purchase then find anyone else. We bought and signed with Quality Homes. Bonneville stole $1200 and refused to honour their contract extensions over COVID. The Dealer in Sudbury Mr Gagnon is also terrible. They feel like anything under a million dollars is chump change… they have no respect for your hard earned money. So I took my hard earned money elsewhere…
Met with our designers to finalize the design process of our home. Great people to work with. The designers are very helpful and listen to your needs and suggest some great ideas without upselling their product. They even offer some alternative to save you money and keep the design of your home to your taste and style.
The quality of these homes is amazing, there Energy savings qualities is above any other hope you could buy. They are great value and clearly in my opinion this is the best way to build a home. Their staff is amazing and friendly.
I've loved their homes for years but after going to the main office I have changed my mind. There is zero service and your made to feel like your a bother. Some of the models are dated. The condition of the walkways between houses was solid ice. The design centre is dark and dingy with horrible seating and a bad washroom. I live 2 hours away and am glad I didn't make a special trip. Absolute disapointment.
I was very fortunate today to visit the office of Bonneville in Beloeil and to meet Jocelyn Fournier. First - it’s a very high professional knowledge and what is also very important - ability to explain in a very common way. Calm manners, excellent listening skills and ability to select options which can satisfy this particular customer. I thank Mr. Fournier and congratulate “Belleville” for having the staff of such high qualifications and pleasant disposition.
What i like about this place is it's super simple to visit all the house they have in demonstration. You just go inside and without question and a sellers you can have access to around 15 houses from very different style to visit. It's good to find inspiration.
I loved the location, the service, the flexibility. In terms of pricing, I found that going thru a contractor was more cost efficient. But I can see how their pricing could be better in some cases...
We have had a really wonderful experience with Bonneville building our home. Even just going through the models is exciting!
Great houses but I would like it if they included pricing when u visit the houses to see if its in your budget.
