Great customer service - even from a distance! Rob and his team were excellent to work with to find us a hot tub. Rob was very knowledgeable and friendly, and he provided us with a lot of practical tips to choose the right hot tub for us. We especially appreciated him to coming out to our home to give us a personal tour on how to use the tub once it arrived - this was just one example of the outstanding customer service.

She helped us choose the right Hot Tub model for our family, and worked collaboratively with our landscape architect to integrate the unit into their design and timeline. It’s only been a few weeks, but we love our new Hot Tub and look forward to enjoying it for years to come!
Very Professional It’s been a year now since the installation of my hot tub. From the electrical hookup to the 3 month cleaning, Rob had all of the answers. He made the sale and followup questions easy to deal with and understand. Their ongoing interest in the quality of your water is another example of their customer commitment. It was my pleasure to purchase here and I would not hesitate n recommending their services.
Jennifer Gannon and her team are simply sensational. As part of a new build in Wellington County we ordered a hot tub from Bona Vista. Jennifer was a star in adjusting the delivery and installation timing resulting from Covid-related delays. BonaVista also recommended a service provider who is keeping the hot tub working flawlessly even during this winter. My recommendation is unqualified.
