A+ Professional Business! Boldt plumbing and heating received my claim through HSA home warranty that I submitted on a Saturday night. They responded first thing Monday morning to get some information about the hot water heater, scheduled the install the same day and made the installation on their next available appointment. I wasn't home for the appointment so I gave them my garage code and I couldn't even tell they were there until I checked out the new hot water heater. If you want clean service with integrity and professionalism, go with Boldt.

I went out to help someone with a bad shower faucet.Im from Minnesota.I use to live in the area so I headed down to Baldwin to go to the hardware store.They did not have what I needed and told me to go to this place.They had a puller for the shower faucet and said it was $80 but he let me use it.I left $20 for them and all he asked if I lived in the area.I do not but my friends do.He let me use it and it worked great and than I had the part and he had the exact part.Worked great and just great great customer service.If ever I need a place to go this will be it.I was only charged for the part not the puller. I was doing this work to pay it forward to help a family in need of a little help and when this company did the same for me without knowing any thing about why. It truly makes you believe the good in people and the honesty that people still have for others. Thank-you trust means more than you could ever imagine
